This is a great service when buying Microsoft products. We had a slight mix-up with the installation and the product key and with the help of Alex and Alejandro, the problems were solved. Alejandro stayed on the line until the installation was complete. This is what you want from a product support team. Way to go.

I have used MyChoiceSoftware multiple times with great satisfaction. They're always quick to send you your license keys during business hours, and the one time I did have a problem their live chat was quick to resolve it.

I purchased a product online and they emailed be a bogus $#*! activation code. No one would answer or respond to my emails.

They have the same software for less, you just have to download it and use the activation code they email to you.

I was hesitant to purchase, but the whole process was seem less. I received my key code via email within the 30" window and the download took less than 10". I was able to access the applications without a hitch... they were stored in my Finder on my IMac. Also, I was upgraded to the Home and Business version since the Student version was out of stock. Sweet!
