I needed SQL Developer 2016 to for development and testing, and found it at my choice for a fair price. I was emailed the link and instructions shortly after. Also received a follow-up email to make sure things met my needs. Everything went smooth.
I purchased MS Office Professional 2019 from My Choice Software today. I had some clarifying questions before hitting the button to buy. Those questions were all answered promptly and accurately via the texting utility. After downloading the software, I encountered an issue with authentication. I phoned the support line. My call was answered by a real person almost immediately, and the matter was fixed to my complete satisfaction within about 5 minutes. Very smooth transaction; the software is complete and fully functional.
Process given to me failed several times. Prior to 1st attempt I created a restore point. Chatted with service with Carlos but he didn't seem to want to see a resolution & ended chat long before I was ready. A second chat produced nothing, I then went to calling and spoke with a tech. After the third call I was given a link to download the full software. Download took about but I could see movement and when finished I could start all apps. In the software. From start to finish I probably spent 6.5 hours. In my opinion way too long. Before I could get full access it required a lengthy conversation with Microsoft to authenticate the software.
I really enjoyed the great costumer service I received when needed assistance to activate my software package. The ordering and set-up time was less than an hour.

I purchased 4 Office 2010 licenses from "my choice". According to Microsoft, we do not own the License Key, "my choice" does, therefore Microsoft will not assist me with ANY support. Microsoft told me straight out... I do not own the software keys I purchased from "my choice". If anyone thinks this is a lie?... I have 4 key codes you can check yourself with Microsoft. Customer service was rude and NO help at all.

Download instructions and Activation key came very quickly, almost within minutes. Download went very smooth. The only snag, was when I put in the Activation Code, it came back saying that this code has already been assigned. I called the number that was displayed and via the phone, was able to enter a new code. Everything works better than I had hoped for.
