Many companies offer great values but very few companies offer useable support. After a long and tiring day dealing with numskulls and bad attitudes, it was such a welcome relief to finally chat with Brian and Jeff who were not only knowledgeable and proficient but had n positive "I can help you and make this enjoyable" attitude. I was so taken back by their support that I purchased the product, turned off the computer, took my family to dinner and called a friend whom I hadn't seen for years.

It turned my day around and I want to say, "Thanks Guys", I'll be back. Remember me,

I purchased a digital MO 2013 and was told my information needed to be verified over the phone before the link would be emailed to me. I called and Kevin helped me through verification. My billing address and ordering address are in different states, so they wanted to make sure this wasn't a fraudulent charge. I was then sent the link and downloaded MO 13 to my computer. The program said it needed to be verified and was unable because the key had been used to its maximum. I called back Kevin and he helped me through the process in about 5 minutes. I now have everything taken care off and had a great experience!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac from My Choice Software. The experience was outstanding from end to end. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted quickly. Very good price on it, lots of information about what it was and proof that it was legitimate. The fact that they're a Microsoft Silver business partner also gave me a lot of assurance. Order and checkout went quickly and smoothly and I got an email within minutes with my activation code. I completed the download and installed with no problems. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and I plan to use them again when possible.

My license key didn't arrive right away so I contacted their customer service via their website chatting service, and recieved my key in minutes. Very pleased with the service they provided.

This was my second purchase with MyChoiceSoftware. The price was more reasonable than buying the same product from a major retailer, even with a coupon! The license was delivered promptly, but there was a problem with it. I was able to get through to customer service super quickly, and they resolved the issue right away. The person I talked to was very polite and helpful. I'll keep coming back to MyChoiceSoftware and will recommend it to anyone!

I followed the instructions emailed to me from MyChoiceSoftware. They were very clear and due to that, the installation went as smooth as silk. I was up and running and testing the different products of Office 2016 (Word, Access, Outlook, etc.). There was one little glitch and that wasn't MyChoice's problem, but Microsoft's. Double clicking on an Excel file and Excel opens and shows a blank screen. MyChoice did a great job in getting me up and running within a half hour. Thanks...
