Needed phone assistance to remove old mcafee product but was helped promptly to resolve this procedure.

I purchased office 365 last night as I was urged to install it on my wife's mac. Since it was outside biz hours, I expected a response the next day which happened, as advertised and after a phone call where I had to confirm some financial info with the seller, I was ready to go! Got my license email quickly after that, gone through the MS registration tonight and boom! All set.
