The email to download my purchase was confusing, but the customer service when I called was great. They helped me get everything squared away very quickly.
It was very seamless till I get to install the office. I wish I could find this store earlier. First I got email with the product key and went onto the link that was also p[provided by the email. I was able to create an account, and then install the software.

I purchased a Microsoft Office 2007 Download Product and had a problem with the Activation Key. When I called back and spoke with Nick in sales, he was very helpful and got me the proper Activation Key from tech support. After installing the software with the new Activation Key, I had to call Customer Support to phone activate the software. The lady that I spoke with, right at closing time, walked me thru the process and it was very smooth and quick. I could not thank her enough as I REALLY needed the software up and running. GREAT company to deal with!
From the order to install finish was less than an hour ---- because I was multitasking, so could have been even faster. ;) Less expensive than any other site I found.

I wanted to write this review because I was very skeptical to do business with MCS as I read the negative reviews, but decided to take a chance & called. I talk to a guy name Nik S who was extremely helpful. I made a purchase of a renewal license for the 365 office product as it was already installed on my PC. Everything went according to "Hoyle". I'll follow up this review after I get my CC statement... I don't expect any false charges. I would say these people are good to do business with. They are a Google Trusted site and Google will offer you Free 100% purchase protection. Give them a try I think you will be glad you did.
I'm new to the world of purchasing downloads, so I called in & had the pleasure to speak to Alex. He was kind and patience with me as I asked questions regarding the process & software differences. The big bonus is they are a home-grown company right here at home in the US. I will buy again!
