Have had great experiences purchasing software from MyChoice Software. Just read the product descriptions carefully, so you know your computer has the necessary requirements. Service has been quick, good directions given, and products have been easy to install and activate.
Every thing was perfect, I was concerned about using my card on line it so far has been used with integrity. They answered all my questions about downloading the software and it worked fine. I also talked to them about other software and to be clear this is where my future tech ware will be purchased. The person on the phone was polite and very patient with me as I am an older person. 5 stars and two thumbs up
MychoiceSoftware is great, it has great products at discounted prices. They also send you a redeem code so you don't have to wait for the product to arrive in the mail. Highly recommend. In my last year of nursing school and this product was so convenient. -Juan Garcia
On Tuesday, May 10,2017 at 6:15PM EST, I ordered MS Office 365 Personal for download from MyChoiceSoftware. I immediately received email confirmation with instructions that my order would be available within 30 minutes (since it had been received before 5PM PT). I waited until 8PM and never received it. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told by * in customer service that it would be available "either later today or tomorrow morning". When it did not arrive on Thursday afternoon, I called back and * again informed me that the item was backordered (despite their site still reporting it as available) and it should arrive "either later today or tomorrow morning". When I still had not received it Friday afternoon, I called customer service and * informed me that it was still backordered and should arrive "either later today or tomorrow morning". I demanded to speak to a manager who merely told me the same thing. I canceled the order at that time due to their lack of delivery and received the refund.
As of 5:45PM EST on Friday, May 19, MyChoiceSoftware is still showing the item available for download within 30 minutes although I was told on 4 separate occasions that they had no stock and were unsure exactly when they would be receiving delivery.

I often look for bargains and easy-to-use versions of popular software available online for download rather than boxed software. When I needed to license Microsoft Office, I found that MyChoiceSoftware.com had it not only available for download, but also had the best price I could find anywhere. Within an hour I had purchased, licensed, installed and started using the very latest versions of the M/S Office Suite.
Product key was for USA/Canada and not for my market and I had to get help from Microsoft support to overcome the problem.
Now it works just fine.
I had a really old version of Office on my home PC that I had just moved from home PC to home PC over the years. Finally I felt I needed to upgrade, mainly so I could use the newer file types (. Xlsx,. Docx) and take advantage of the some the newer filters and rules. There are a lot of sketchy places on the Internet with too-good-to-be-true prices (or so it seems) so I was nervous to provide personal information. Anyway, I found these guys, checked out the reviews and took the leap. It was a great experience and a really fair price.

I ordered an MS Office subscription. I was delivered when promised and was very easy to install and run. There are lots of sites selling MS Office and it can be risky--not knowing who is selling a legitimate product. You can trust MyChoiceSoftware. Their customer service is excellent as well.

Although I ran into problems, it was due to Microsoft's handling of previously installed products. Once I figured out how to over-ride MS problem it installed and activated exactly as advertised. Perfect product for ax excellant price. Would purchase from them again.

I found myself in a bind with Apple after they botched a data transfer from a failing hard drive to a new one. They couldn't carry MS Office 2011 over without my entering the authentication key which I no longer have. I decided to upgrade to the subscription MS 2016 and after shopping around and chatting on-line and phoning My Choice Software with preliminary questions, purchased it. There was a glitch with the first product key, and My Choice quickly sent another. Then, due to a freaky problem with Apple, the software wouldn't load. I received weird messages from my computer saying this software was unrecognized and could damage my MacBook Pro. I called My Choice again and talked at length with yet another tech rep who was baffled by this, standing by as I downloaded MS 2016 again. He scheduled a call for me with their top tech people for the next morning which I wound up cancelling because I made an appointment after that call to speak to someone at Apple first. The problem I experienced with the download is, according to Apple, something they've seen only a handful of times that has something to do with the MS 2016 via Google and on to a Mac. So Apple advised that I download it on Safari and everything went smoothly.
So often buying things on-line can be fraught when it comes to customer service, but My Choice proved to be excellent, articulate, sympathetic and determined to get my download correct after providing me a lot of great information in advance of my decision.
I give the 5-stars here with no equivocation!

Google Ads showed MS Office compatible with Mac and Windows and showing a lower price. Website details is different. Please make sure you read before you buy as this can be a headache!
