My experience, while I did not received the product due to a back order, was overall very positive because of the response of MyChoice customer service staff. After contacting MyChoice concerning my order of a boxed version of Microsoft 2016 Home and Student that was still outstanding after two weeks, the representative was very sincere and earnest about resolving the issue. The representative confirmed that the product was still back ordered and then offered me the option of refunding my shipping and downloading the digital version. After asking a few questions about digital versions of software I decided to go with the digital download. No sooner than I got off the phone the email for the product key and easy to understand instructions was in my mailbox.

Despite the problem that I had with my order, MyChoice's customer service resolved my problem quickly, efficiently, and more importantly in a caring and cheerful manner.

I purchased Office 2010 and I was not able to activate the product. I contacted My Choice Software (on a Sunday) and within a couple of hours Alex responded and resolved the issue. Having support like that makes all the difference.

Recently purchased Office 2016 for the Windows side of my Mac computer. Since I have such a slow download speed I opted for the USB drive as well.
When the USB arrived, it was not readily apparent how to begin the download. Within 12 hours after emailing MyChoiceSoftware, clear instructions were send back as well as a link to a website for the required zip hardware. From there everything proceeded like clockwork.

After being ripped off by another software company online trying to purchase software, after a lot of research I decided to try My Choice Software.
I was blown away when they did everything they said they would do.
I purchased the software, less than 1/2 hour I received an email with the key to the product, I logged into a Microsoft site and entered the key and then I was able to download the software I wanted and began using it within the hour.

I was looking for a MS Office Suite for my wife's laptop. Since I had made previous purchases from MyChoiceSoftware, it was my first choice for this purchase. I considered the different Office products online, but couldn't decide. That's when I called customer support. They were very helpful in making the right selection. Once the purchase was made I immediately received my confirmation email. Shortly afterward, I received my product activation key and I was on my way. Installation was successful and it could not have gone more smoothly.
