Great prices and great customer service when I need them. Quick delivery of the products. However, sometimes we have issues with license activation.

Competitively priced and good customer support; purchasing process needs improvement. The initial product key did not work, so customer support had to provide another one. Discounts were offered on the website and email promotions that were not valid after submitting my initial order. Otherwise, I am pleased with my second purchase.

Code was emailed promptly, validated with office.com, installed successfully. Everything looks good!

Purchased MS Office Professional and download information was provided in about a half hour.
Because I was using a VPN, they sent an email prior to sending the download info to verify the discrepancy between my location and the IP address location they were seeing. I appreciated that extra bit of attention to security.

A good alternative to retail purchasing of anti-virus software. Protects your pc, cellular phones and tablets. Price is outstanding

So far so good. Easy download and it brought back the documents I had from my old office trial. Timing for the down load was fast. I ordered at 9 pm Saturday and got by 9 am Sunday.

I purchased windows 7 almost a month ago, downloaded it and have never been able to get any support from Software King. I thought I was getting discs in the mail. I even emailed them and no answer. My advice is not to buy from them.

Getting the software was quick, easy and prompt- I am just getting it installed and look forward to faster devices!

I had some problems completing the installation, but I believe that was, in part, my fault. I was updating from a 2003 license which may have contributed to my woes. With perseverance I finally succeeded. It could have been easier. With additional work, I hope I will successfully update Outlook settings.

Purchased software from MyChoice many times with only a small problem one time but they fixed it immediately then all was good. A+

I purchased MS Office 2007 for the accounting software, it was not included in the download, they referred me to Microsoft for a solution, Microsoft says "Accounting Express" is no longer available, sorry. Don't buy from these sharks.
