I ordered some software today and I put the wrong email address in by mistake. I called customer service and they fixed it right away and I received my order within minutes.
I thought I'd found a good place to buy software but sadly I changed my mind when I started receiving emails about my complementary subscription to Office 365 and how I was going to get charged for it. I called and they told me that there was a box I had to uncheck when I checked out to opt out of the subscription. I feel that they violated my trust with a shady marketing practice and will find a different software supplier going forward.
I have a new PC and my old office program would not transfer. I needed to replace it and this was the perfect solution. My old office documents work perfectly with it.
Ordered Office 2016 for my new laptop. Order was processed quickly. I received my installation email with the directions and code I needed and all worked exactly as advertised.
I was nervous about ordering a 'download' online. But with the help of the Customer Service department (namely Kevin) it was easy. He walked me thru all the steps and told me to call if back directly if I had any other problems.

1st installation went off without a hitch (after following through with my tip), but the device had a manufacturer defect. After the computer manufacturer sent another machine, MyChoice provided a replacement download and license key at no charge and without hassle. I couldn't be more impressed with their customer service!
I was looking for an inexpensive and easy way to get a new version of Microsoft Office, and came upon MyChoiceSoftware. I was impressed with their discounted prices and the different options of bundles for the Microsoft Office suite. When I did make my purchase it was easy, I was contacted to verify my information, and then about 15 minutes later I had the link to download my software. The download was fast, the product key worked without any problems and gave me confidence that this is a smooth and economic place to buy my software from. I would buy other software here and can feel good about recommending it.
Everything was easy from order to download to installation but did have issue with activation. I emailed them and they resolved the issue promptly.

MS Word 2007 appears to be exactly what I was looking for. Excellent formatting options and relatively easy to use.

I had a couple of questions before I placed my order and called the customer service hotline. The representative I spoke with was polite and helpful.
As for the actual placing of the order, it went pretty well. The only annoying part was that for some reason I could not have my software purchase authorized online and had to do it by telephone.
It was easy to purchase (MS office Home&Student 2016) and when I had some questions, they were very easy to contact and extremely helpful in their response. I would definitely purchase from them again.
From the purchase to the installation, the procedure in its entirety ran smoothly. I highly recommend doing business with them.
Needed to get MS Office for Mac right away and I ordered and quickly received an email with the download. I was please with the service
