I have ordered off this company several times. The service is extremely efficient and fast. I am ordering very large canvases and the print quality is superb!
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I have ever submitted a negative review for anyone. * from Customer Services was so rude with her blunt responses. Crux is that their courier (UPS) never reached my house as they said I had provided the wrong address (I didn't) so expected me to go and collect the pictures from the other side of town whilst in COVID isolation. Mypicture.com bluntly refused to try and assist despite being threatened with legal action for failure to attempt to deliver (which I am working on but is quite complicated as this is actually a German registered company - be aware). Shameful. Do not deserve any business. Avoid them at all costs.

My original order of a framed family photo was placed at the end of May and I was debited £44.90 on 1st June 2020. The Hermes tracking page (when I managed to decipher it, as it was in German) stated that the item had supposedly been delivered to me on 4th June... OH NO IT HADN'T!
Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, both by phone and email, I have been fobbed off and am still waiting! Having read the recent reviews, it seems there is something afoot with this company and I find it hard to believe that any of the positive reviews are actually from real customers.
My-Picture.co.uk is not a UK-based company but an online domain name operated by United Arts GmbH. Address: Am Gleisdreieck 1-5,******* Cologne, Germany. Tel *******9136, email: *******@meinfoto.de, website: www.meinfoto.de. All products are manufactured at their single site in Cologne. They rent serviced office space here in the UK at Bentinck House, 3-8 Bolsover Street, London, W1W 6AB (owned by the Langham Estate). No direct telephone number available. I am happy with my purchase.
I echo the other terrible reviews. Ordered on 8th June for fathers day on 21st and as at the 20th item has not even been produced yet alone shipped despite their 1 day production time and 4 day shipping claim. Contacted customer service who don't give a monkeys. Wouldn't let me cancel my order and wouldnt let me talk to a manager and then just emailed me saying its still in production and wouldn't give any kind of new timescale just that it's on the list to do! Shambolic don't touch them with a barge pole. Good reviews are probably fake.

£20 for the smallest jigsaw, colours dull and lacking brilliance.
Came minus a box. The idea is it is on a board. So no reference when building jigsaw, or means of storing it!
When it arrived all the pieces were just sitting in a jiffy bag.
Absolute garbage.
Other companies I have ordered jigsaws from have much better presentation.
When I contacted them to complain they offered me 50% off my next purchase with them - excluding delivery or special offers or discounts - but considering everything on their website is heavily marked up then discounted - it was a less than worthless gesture.
Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Spent £50 for two framed photos for a gift for a special occasion. The frames have no backs so you cannot put them on the wall or stand them up. Pictures come blurry. Customer service is horrific, emailed as unhappy with the products I have received and all they can say is my complaint is not justified and unable to get a refund. So I have paid £50 for the privilege of finding out how poor quality and appalling this company is! Do not buy!
Picture arrived and the frame was broken in several places. The writing on the picture was also way bigger than was shown when ordering. Tried to ask for a refund and was basically told no... even though it arrived damaged! Customer services was really bad. No offer of even sending out a new frame or replacement. My partner had brought this for me as a present for Valentines and it arrived late and he was gutted after seeing the state it was in as he knew how excited I would be about it. Definitely avoid this company!

I ordered a picture of a dog and its name above canvas 30mm x 40mm 4mm frame when it arrived they had enlarged the photo which lost part of the name and also cropped the paws I therefore contacted yourselves and was just pushed aside with excuses not how to put things right I feel that its unacceptable behaviour I was prepared to pay extra if needed but was once again refused as it's not possible to adjust previous pictures
Ordered a blanket with pictures of my granddaughters dogs on. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised
It was fabulous
It was great quality
Unfortunately I am unable to upload the pictue
Great product, but slow delivery an no communication until I gave a bad review, would use again but ready for the wait this time

I wouldn't recommend my-picture. They never sent hanging plates with my prints and I needed them for an exhibition. I had to find alternative hanging solutions at the last minute and they absolutely refused to refund me the money for the missing hanging plates and despite me explaining that it was too late for replacement hanging plates as I'd already hung the exhibition, they absolutely insisted on sending me replacement plates which were now useless and not needed. Terrible customer service. I'll never use them again.

So after I moaned and moaned, I finally got contacted by customer service. In all fairness, they offered to send me a replacement photo and gave me a code for a freebie, which I was rather impressed with.
Would you believe it BUT THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED BENT AND MISSHAPEN. I've now emailed them again 3 times and have had no reply. What the actual heck.
The problem is with with packaging. They seal around the photo frame well enough but not the edges. By the time it's travelled through the courier service it has been pummelled and shoved and damaged. They need to provide better padding around the the edges of the picture and not just around it. The edges are left vulnerable and will inevitably get damaged in transit.
Disappointed. Again.

The order was received within 10 days, which I was okay with. The website looks as though it is local but it is actually travelling from Germany. By the time the frame arrived it was battered and bent out of shape. I spent nearly £100 on it and I was intending on giving this as a gift, but I am actually too embarrassed to do so.
I contacted the company 5 times in total and all they have done is send me a generic reply asking for photos - despite my original emails actually containing photos of the damage! Not one personal reply received and I'm out of money for this present and stuck with a huge frame that is too battered to hang up.
DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is not existent and the frames are battered to the point of ridiculousness. Unless you want to just waste your hard earned cash, in which case, go ahead. Frankly, I'm appalled at this company and their lack of integrity. Avoid at all costs.
Appalling customer service -They have ignored emails and messages and now blocked me on Instagram! AVOID THIS COMPANY PEOPLE! Ruined three Christmas presents for family & almost three weeks since I contacted via email and have had zero response except automated messages.
Really poor. The canvas is faulty with a big white mark in the middle. They want a photo as proof it's faulty. You send them some. Then they ask for MORE photos. Then they tell you that's what you sent them and it's supposed to look like that. It's a massive white mark where the print hasn't adhered to the canvas and the whole things useless! When you send out faulty goods you need to replace them!

What an absolute s*ite company, this is the second thing we have ordered from you, both have been late (by several days) missing both a birthday and mothers day, no offer of apology or refund, will never use you again and will advise others not too as well...

I purchased a canvas from mypicture Australian website. Canvas arrived 3 weeks later and product is excellent.
Absolutely disgraceful company. Hands down the worst shopping experience of my life, Ordered before Xmas and the goods have still not arrived, but the real problem is that I have had no response to numerous attempts at contact through multiple channels. I've even emailed the MD Philipp Muehlbauer to see if he takes an interest.

Thankyou the canvas has been replaced, late but eventually resolved, I do think the e Mail on your web site for dealing with complaints is not ideal and didnt get me any where and needs attention it wasn't until I put a review on this site I caught your attention! Saying that it has been dealt with and I am pleased with result

I sent the photo off for this blanket and it came back and is more like a tea towel! Have sent various emails to them and all they do is spout off the German law saying that it cant be changed due to photos when in fact its nothing to do with the printing! The blanket is also too small to do anything! The speed was good from the company, but thats all!

Answer: It's assembled for you to put up when delivered. You can buy attachments off them to hang your pictures too
