I had the worst expierience online with this site in 20 years of using internet... trying to purchase an amazon gift card... it took me mlre than 2 days and that was not sent... they took the money then when wontacted the support told to contact them tomorrow at 9 am turkish time... then wanted a selfie with my id and credit card... I did this after 10 versins of the picture they told me it is okay it would be sent in moment... that moment took more than two hours... I contacted another time the support and they told me could you provide and kd card in english (the one provided is in french)... now I am trying to have a refund I dont want this card anymore... when I told them I will weite reviews on internet they sent me the card without asking any additional information... not professional and useless support... If the manager of this site want evidence I can provide everything I saved screenshots on my phone... just an advice dont buy anything on tvis site!

I first had an issue when I purchased NC. But when I reached out the customer service, my issue was resolved within a day.
I had a really good chatting experience with customer service.

I was given a hell of a time being thrown around across customer service, only for my time to be wasted with no further help. They told me it could be a `steam server` issue that my code could not activate. LOL. Very funny and nice try. And another guy only wasted my whole time on the whatsapp support to only say `wait for ticket response` with a broken English. I suggest any company like Durmaplay to be used throughout this process and I will file a lawsuit against the company if my issue is not resolved in 1-5 days MAX. In no way have I ever faced a situation like this. Durmaplay, G2A and Kinguin are superior companies. If you want to fight to ensure you receive the product you paid for, make a purchase from here.

They are reliable partners, I have made many purchases, the order has always been delivered on time.

I purchased a code and the payment process went smoothly, but after the purchase is done and the amount deducted from my account, it turned out that the product is out of stock! It didn't show that it was out of stock at all before purchasing!

The worst part was the customer service representative, he didn't care to help at all! All he said is I have to wait until next day to have a refund or until the product restock, when I told him it's frustrating not to know it's out of stock before purchase he told me we ran out of stock and didn't have time to update the system! It's 2022 and their system isn't built to update the stock automatically! How frustrating!

When I told the agent that I think I won't purchase from MTC again he told me that's fine you are free, like who the hell says that to a client! That's the first time I see a custom service agent that rude and useless!

I purchased a psn card with all my details correctly input. They then however failed to send me my money back

I once tried to buy a walmart gift card from this site. I made the payment and then they sent me an email to verify my phone number. I did all that, but I never received the giftcard. Transaction page of bank showed that the amount has been deducted. Even my order history in mtcgame.com said the same thing - that the payment was successful.

I contact their customer care and I was asked for some strange things - a selfie to verify that the I am really me? I have made purchases from many web stores; but never encountered anything like this.

I asked for a refund, and fortunately a site admin got involved and reversed the transaction. I am never going to buy from this site again.

I bought 5 steam giftcards and none are avaible not to mention how hard it was to get the veriffication done and stuff. What am I supposed to do now?

More than $1000 in gift card was stolen from me, In support they say they can't do anything, don't buy from them

I never received the gift card. They took my money and then they asked me to write in paper date/site address show my ID card and my master card as well. Not even the police ask that much things and is against the customer policy. Treated like a clown and not like a customer. Is the worst service in the universe.

Nice good prices and fast responses, much better than other stores and you get better deals and support

Absolute SCAM, their costumer service can barely speak proper english. I didn't receive my code they tell me to dns flush?

They tell me I'm getting a review then they come back with that they need a receipt, which I didn't receive since I didn't receive any mails from them.

They keep telling you they are working on your problem or that their system is down.

So beware, 100% scam, don't buy here.
