Got riders Republic could not get code to work on my app and support 151 logged into my account and sorted the issue and redeemed they also gave me extra comfort by asking me to use my authentication app to log them out meaning I know my account is secure. A scam site which asks you to confirm your Identity, Credit Card and your face after purchase to (as they say) "secure the transaction.
They barely know how to communicate and the support was trash, they didn't deliver anything that I bought and they also weren't issuing a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they will clown you through processes which will waste your time and you will still get nothing…. (there are a 100 fake 5 star reviews on this site, you guys should see the fake ******* 5 star reviews on trust pilot)

At First their way to check your account is horrible. Every time you buy something (In my case was Japanese Psn Cards) they makes you take a selfie with your Credit Card, ID, And Something written as "I bought from MTC Game" w/ this date and my e-mail Adress. Even if you buy not using the credit card they makes you take a selfie w/ it.
Other thing is that they doesn't notify you if something is wrong at your purchase. I've waited for 2 entire days and they sent me nothing and when I asked via Whatsapp if something gone wrong, then they said that I have to verify the purchase by taking another selfie with same information. They said that you just have to do it once but It's my fourth time doing this w/ same payment method.
Customer Service sometimes is not so good as people says, cause it's very lazy to answer to your questions and they don't know how to solve your problem.

I do not recommend to buy here.

Just sucks they're scammers spent 40 dollars and never received my code. Also customer service doesn't even know how to communicate correctly

I bought with 2060 dollars with my card and they asked me to wait until restock, they didn't tell us it wasn't available when buying, just they were surprised after the payment, after that they asked me to check my card through which after paying 20 pics, it was successful, then they asked me the old card picture Mine! Which I didn't buy through it... I told them that it was lost and that it was old and I didn't buy through it now?... Then I told them can I send a bank statement for that card, and they agreed, then thay told me wo refunded you money, and now i have to waiting 10days, without mentioning any reason, or even asking for verification with other ways, and i lost my time and my customer... support is not the worse every this he need to ask his boss

Since 2019 I am client of TRANSFER WISE now renamed WISE, using a MASTERCARD Debit Card of that company. My old card was valid until end of August 2022. I had never problems with that card in the past. In July they sent me a new VISA Debit Card which I did never use until now. Mysteriously several amounts in US$ were debited on 25th August with my new VISA Debit card number by MTC Game. One other amount was debited in vain by MTC Game in PHP currency (Philippine Peso!?). I do not know MTC Game and I never made any order at this company. Also two other companies have debited my WISE VISA Debit Card on the same day which I also do not know. How is that possible with a card that was never used and is absolutely brand new? I am living as German in Turkey. I never give any card out of my hand and I always hide the PIN-Codes of all my cards, doesn't matter if it is a Debit card or Credit Card. I have no idea how this obvious fraud and criminal act could happen, but now I have a lot of problems to get the money back and also I do not know if it makes sense to file a criminal complaint with the Turkish police. I found many bad reviews of MTC GAME in Internet. For my opinion the good reviews seem to be a fake. The whole thing is extremely strange,

I bought a $100 eBay gift card. When I tried to use it, I got the error "There are no funds left for this code." (attached screen 1) I also checked my gift card balance (attached screen 2) I contacted eBay support and they said to contact the seller and request a refund. I have already created several tickets in my profile, but I keep getting the answer: "Everything is fine with the code. You can contact e-bay support for account issues."
