I spoke with support82 on the 26th of June asking if the Tinder codes lasted 1 month or 6 months. I was reassured that it would last 6 months. When the person who I boutique this for redeem the code... IT ONLY LAST 1 MONTH. I PAID ALMOST 13$ FOR 1 MONTH. Its cheaper to just buy on Tinder directly.
After this I've been trying to speak with customer service since then, I've been told different excuses to end with an "It was a mistake sorry, nothing we can do" and they don't want to even give any kind of compensation.
Even worse, I've spoken with 2 agents and neither of them wanted to provide their agent number. Horrible.
