I was totally, unimpressed, from the working, of this app, it's a scam! And they didn't show, any of the necessary information, that I needed from the other device. I was referred, to the service of a more reliable, company that provided me with all the information, that I needed. Including texts, calls, emails, locations, and other information, that I needed. Just d. M them on Instagram.-Vaultspy_... they're good, and great at this..

Emma Clark put so much work into installing mSpy on my daughter's device. She has an old motorola phone and the settings were so confusing to me, so I reached out to mSpy customer service for help and Emma came to my rescue! It took a few attempts because of my internet connection, but she never once gave up and was on top of it the whole way through! Thank you so much for your help. Now I have much peace of mind!
I cannot thank mSpy enough for the peace of mind. Emma Clark was amazing and walked me through installation on 3 devices. I'm not tech savvy at all but she took care of everything. Now kid can have some freedom and I can sleep well knowing what choices kid is making. I cannot thank Emma enough.

I, not being overly tech savvy, she was patient but proactive on helping me thru the process. It did not take her much time to complete the re install and re assure me that it will work, but may take some time for the install to work thru the system.

I never could get the app to work, but for more money I still couldn't get it to work. I have been emailing since November for a refund and you get the run around, I still do not have a refund to my account. Worst service! Every response was we will get back to you or we can give you three months free subscription or you need to try support. Support told me they can't get it done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. UPDATE
Now they won't refund my money at all even though they mentioned it before. It takes days to get a response back! DO NOT BUY THIS APP. If it doesn't work for you, you will lose all your money! See last email I received
