This company, Altercon group (mspy) will never give a refund if you cannot use the service. This company is based in the Czech Republic and I requested a refund probably 20 times and they just come back with automated emails to stall. The other reviewers are correct when they say that although they advertise one thing, it's quite a different story. Because they are not based in the United States, they can pretty much get away with taking your money. It may work for you but based on my experience I think they have done a good job of flooding the internet with fake positive reviews to drown out the truthful ones. You've been warned. This seems like a way to just keep getting money from Americans and that is why there is a no refund policy.

Misleading

I ask before purchasing this product if I need to install it on target phone or if I needed to use iTunes or a pc and I was told no I just needed the iCloud information and to get a authorization code that would be sent to target phone. I provided iCloud information and the code and login information. Once in my dashboard it was empty I then stated a customer service chat and was told at the moment they don't have a program that doesn't require access to the target phone and I'd need to install information on the target phone. I requested a refund and was told they would freeze the account and I could contact them when I wanted to use it again. So I'll try to go through my bank for a refund

We purchased this software a week and a half ago to monitor our teenage son's phone. We thoroughly read the website and confirmed with both the website and technical support that our son's phone was compatible. After a week of attempting to install the software, someone from the "live chat" feature finally helped. Since installation, it has done nothing. I thought it must be user error until I was finally able to get another customer service rep on "live chat" last night. She informed me that because of Apple's upgrade to two-factor identification, none of the features we purchased the product for work. I asked why their website still claims it does, particularly since the two factor identification is not even close to a new upgrade, and she replied that it would "be taken down soon".

She further informed me that they have a fix coming in 3-6 months! Considering there are complaints on here from the summer, with responses from the MSpy Team in December of 2020 stating that this issue has already been resolved; I'm not going to hold my breath.

There is no live person to speak to, all options on their customer service line either hang up or say no one is available (without the ability to leave a voice mail), and they do not respond to any emails sent to ANY of their departments. I will be filing reviews and complaints anywhere possible at this point. Happy to share screenshots of all of these statements from the chat if anyone is in need. I will be combining them with the responses I am finding on these pages from MSpy.

I fell for the scam. Very nice looking website, read through all of their caveats to ensure I met all of the criteria, I had physical access to the phone, knew my daughters passwords and icloud password, not jailbroken etc. Once they had my money, within 5 minutes it was obvious it wasn't going to work. Began a chat dialogue immediately and was told by support that it wasn't going to work as expected yet, but just give them 3 months as they were still developing it. Needless to say when I filed immediately for an immediate refund it was denied. I am taking this up with my credit card company to deny the charge as the goods/services were not as advertised. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

If you believe the positive reviews aren't paid for and fake then I guess nothing will change your mind.
