A real rip off!

False advertising! They will tell u don't need physical access to the phone if u know the Apple ID and password! That's a lie! Now they want me to go hooking up computers and cables etc to the target phone! I just paid for a whole year!
I call and no one answers! I want a full refund!

I purchased the app which was very simply done i'm spy had the money out of my MasterCard account in the matter of minutes. I was told I did not need to have the target phone in order to use this spy ware on the target phone. 5 minutes after I paid over $100 for the app Mspy made me aware I would now need the target phone for there app to function properly and would not refund me five minutes after buying the app. Major rip off! Do not buy this app!

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS they take your money, and then do nothing about it, you will have to access the mobile physically to monitor it which defeats the whole point! Of course no refused to refund me and told me you understood what we wrote according to your thoughts! WELL YEH BECAUSE YOU WROTE IT THIS WAY TO DECEIVE PEOPLE! I WANT MY REFUND

I wished I had reviewed the reviews before. It did not work for the iPhone the way it was advertised. After several chats with the customer service it was clear I would have to do a lot more to get anything to work. I was promised on the chat at the time of signing that there is no questions asked refund within 14 days of start of service, if I was not satisfied. After several email exchanges about the refund, it was clear to me they were not going to honor their word. Just gave me one option after the other. I would strongly suggest to keep off of this product.

The billing team contact me to advise they wont refund because the software is working.

This software has now failed again saying again data connection lost - for the second time after I have reinstalled. This is unacceptable! Every excuse under the sun not to refund!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Originally had issues even accessing the site. The was down, requested refund and to close this account as basic functions not working and is unacceptable. Gave me a complete lack of confidence in the product. Sent in request and they refused to refund because they cancelled the account first instead of telling me I need to accept tech help before giving refund. Definitely bad business practice and bad customer service over all.

The product doesn't work on Snapchat, so within a couple of days, I requested a refund was sent an email saying my refund was forwarded to the refund department but never got one and they refuse to refund now. SCAM

After paying over $100 and promised easy installation, I discover you cannot complete the installation without an additional $13. I agree and start a chat with support to complete the iPhone installation. First representative is great and helpful then he hands me over to Anthony Russo. Without warning Anthony takes possession of my computer and starts removing applications and reinstalling them which causes the computer to restart. After the rest, I wait because I have no idea what to do to get the installation finished. Finally I try to open the chat at mspy again and am connected back to Anthony. I advise him that it would be polite for him to notify me when taking control and restarting computer. His response is you see what I see on the screen. I said great customer service you have. Can we just get this done, and he ends chat. I am no longer able to chat or finish the installation and have completely wasted by time and money.

I don't find an option for the zero hence giving one star. I will not recommend it at all. I am an IT person and purchased a yearly plan (ID # *******) almost 7 months back but it never worked. MSpy does not bother about the usage that means they don't care if it works for you or not. Once you made the payment their job is done. I'm using iPhone 11 and 12 and it never worked for me. Please DO NOT WASTE your hard-earned money.

I did the purchase and when checking my bank account this company has charged a different amount twice, immediately I tried to make a communication whit them by email and the live chat but never received a response just received an automatic email and when intend writing on the live chat I received an answer that the system at the moment is close. It is very frustrating because they have announced a services 24/7 that it is false

This is a fraud

This is a fraud. They claim that I can monitor Target device by Icloud. It was not true I have to install app on Target phone. I requested a refund they refuse. Even though they do not deliver what they Market.
Stay away way from this Company, they will take your money and run.
