Useless

It worked for a day on a Samsung then stopped. If you cannot root your phone, then you cannot stop the anti virus from kicking it off. Also tried to download it again but it would allow it to go back. Save your money people

You CANNOT monitor text messages and social media from ANY WEB BROWSER as they state! You must use AnyTrans to monitor anything... and guess what? You do not need their service to use AnyTrans! They get you to purchase the service and then you find out it does NOT work as they state! I asked them why it doesn't work and can you guess their reply? Oh, "we are sorry for misleading you, we haven't updated our website." Are you kidding me? This is a complete bait-and-switch scam and they will never refund your money when you call them out on it! Stay away! I lost $100 for NOTHING!

Constant issues. A lot of inconsistencies. Customer service has stepped up recently though and at least answers the chat but is often unsuccessful in resolving things. Escalated several issues non have been resolved

Not a fan of mSpy

I don't like their support. They charged me twice and I never got my money back until I sent them a dozen emails over the course of 1 month. I am using Xnspy right now and it's so much better, especially because the support is so helpful. Xnspy's pricing is comparable to Xnspy but slightly better. So, I guess, I am sticking around for a while now.

STAY AWAY—SCAM ARTISTS! They have $99 for the year all over the internet. I sign up and they charge me $138.99. I contact them-NO RESPONSE. I then get an email receipt that I paid too much but NO instructions on where to access my SPECIAL NEEDS daughters phone! I emailed them 10 times over 5 days and just keep getting the automated email that someone from billing will be with me within 24 hours. YEAH RIGHT! It's now 2 weeks later and still NO RESPONSE. I'm getting my money back thru my credit card company. SCAM ARTISTS!

I stupidly purchased a 12 month subscription to this software. Within 20 hours the target was notified of the spyware on their phone. Most of the features were not working for me. I was advised by Erica to use the screen recorder. The screen recorder alerts the target with a popup. I was advised by Justin that if the target restarts their phone the pop up will always come up. I advised Erica and Jason that the website assures that the screen recorder will be undetected.

Then the target started investigating, quickly found the spyware app when thoroughly searching through their applications.

I tried to export the data so that I could unlink the software and get a refund. I get an alert saying "You need to select at least one option to export data" despite the fact I have multiple options selected. I spoke to Summer who told me it would be fixed in a week. I asked how long this feature was not working, she said weeks.

So I've been sold software that was not functioning for weeks at the time of purchase (export option), with premium features I paid for which also don't work and the software alerted the user of the software who has subsequently found the "hidden" application within days of a 12 month subscription. Not to mention how useless and condescending the chat agents, Erica, Jason and Summer are, who are incapable of taking any accountability, blaming me for the issues within the app. This is a SCAM.

After paying the subscription fee, I realized that this won't work for me. Immediately I sent them a message to ask for a refund and these scams never did. They want 7 days to pass so that they will reply and say 7 days has passed and we cannot refund you. I hate these scams because they too fast when it comes to taking money from our accounts but they will not follow on the emails you sending them after that. I will only remove my review after getting my refund.

I had to speak with 8 individuals over the course of two months, continually asking since day 2 for a full refund. They gave me a hard time and sent me in circles, & they charge money to speak to someone on the phone. After finally approving my refund, there is a 9% fee for some BS bank processing. They display false advertising saying a non-jail broken iPhone can have SMS text and browser history viewed, calls, etc., but it can't. They literally make money off of their 9% fee after cancelling for getting people to sign up when they can't do what they say they can. It took me pressuring to get my lawyer involved for them to even acknowledge my refund. As someone who has spent decades in sales and customer service, this company is TERRIBLE. Stay away!

Never worked, blamed the I phone and took double payment totaling $210 we asked for refund on day 1 and still nothing this is fraud... you can look at anyone's iCloud on iphone if you have targets phone email and PW

Review is based on installation on a Samsung S21. The initial installation went well - the online video describing the steps to complete the install were very helpful and made install simple. After installation, I realized that social apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, etc were not populating data like phone calls/texts/key logger were. After chatting with support, I learned that the device needed to be rooted for these to work; I didn't see that disclaimer when reviewing the materials on their site - just that with the premium package it would track these apps too. I moved on and learned to live with it since the screen recorder function, which grabs random images when using these apps, was working. Within 2 weeks of the install, screen recorder stopped populating data; after a chat with support, I was told to delete the account (lose data already captured in the dashboard) and re-install mspy on the device. Getting the device to delete and re-install is not an easy task given the device is usually in the owner's possession. Eventually I was able to do this yet screen recorder still does not work and I have now lost the previous data other than what I was able to export/save to my computer. Chat support has been useless. Email to their support resulted in an offer to provide rooting of the device at no charge but my reply to their offer has gone unresponded to. I am now 6 days later, paying for a service that does not work as described, and still their support has not bothered to reply to my follow up emails.

Proceed with extreme caution with this product - I certainly could not offer a recommendation for it.

What great customer service you offer! I shall do my upmost to leave as many honest reviews as I can. On my review I will let it be known, that you can't believe the online chat agents. They will tell you that you have a 14 day money back guarantee. You inform them of why and how you want to use mSpy, which was to be on Apple Watch and used a tracker for someone who suffers with dementia, Only to find out after purchasing that it doesn't fit your needs and is incompatible. You make a claim under the "money back guarantee" only to be told " "you should have read all the T/Cs" In my stupid believe I didn't, given the information by the agent. They did offer to freeze the account, that doesn't solve the issue. Lesson learned. MSpy in not an honest company to do business with. If you do decided to purchase from them, make sure you read everything twice before any payment is made and under no circumstances believe what you're told by online chat agent.

The service does not work at all on iOS. They will only take your money and make you wait on a fix while suspending service. They will make you wait several days to hear from the sales department about a possible refund. I wish I would have read reviews about the service before I purchased. They say it's compatible with iOS and no jailbreak but this is not true at all. BUYER Beware!

After I purchased, I found out that there is limited functionality for non rooted phone. I was still ok with this but even the limited functionality was not working. What was WORSE was that the app is visible on Android 12 (google pixel 4). I messaged with customer service many times in the two days I was trying to make this work and the end result was that it's visible in the play store and therefore USELESS. Customer service forwarded for a refund and I deleted the app. Now they are coming back to say the reason its not working is because the app was deleted. Ridiculous! Please refund me money and I don't recommend using this service.

Purchased Mspy to track my daughter who was having troubles and the program was never compatible for whatever reason. They offer a money back guarantee which is absolutely false. After months of back and forth with Dean Blake the customer service manager I continued to get an offer of "we are unable to provide a refund but we hope you reconsider using the benefits of the subscription". It was physically impossible to use their service yet they do not back up the money back guarantee. I would never recommended this service to anyone!

I ordered their service 2 months ago and I realized that it wasn't what I needed and I cancelled it right away because their policy says if you cancel before 14 days you will get a full refund but I never got a refund back and Alex created a refund ticket for me but still I still got nothing back, that's not fair that you took my money and I didn't use the service and I did cancelled before 14 days. In fact I cancelled the same day. I don't trust this company, don't use their service. I think there are better, more professional and more trustworthy company out there.

There is an icon that says update services located directly on targets phone. When the target clicks on the plain sight icon it says uninstall. Very misleading stating that the app is hidden, the app isn't hidden at all. Asked for a refund, when I downloaded the site went down for maintenance service for 3 days, this stupid app only let me track several hours over 3 day span bc of site maintenance issues. Then target removed highly visible app and I was unable to reinstall. Was not issued a refund. Very poor product. Stay away. The target will see the app and remove it bc it's not hidden.

I bought this to monitor my daughters phone. Their website states "no jailbreak required." After I purchased it, I couldn't install it because two factor authentication was turned on. I called Apple to disable it, but was told it could not be disabled. I emailed mspy the same day I purchased this for a refund. I was told I could not be refunded because it is possible to put the software on the phone if I jailbreak it, even though their website states no jailbreak required. If you're looking for a program to monitor a phone I suggest Bark or webwatcher. I did free trials of both and they both worked without any problems. Their customer service was great too. The bark was easier to use, but the webwatcher caught deleted text messages so I chose to keep that program.

The app promises to do all these different functions. They tell you your iPhone is compatible and you don't need direct access just an iCloud verification which is a complete lie! After spending the money there is no information available they then blame it on fixing there software due to apple update. Why not have that on website before purchasing? Then they tell you the only thing you can do is location the device via maps lite which has to ask the person being located for permission if I wanted that I could of just turned on find my iPhone for FREE! You then have to go through multiple levels just to even get in contact with someone about a refund because the whole $#*! is a scam! They email and say the billing company will get back to you in a few business days. They got back to and didn't mention anything about the refund I requested. I replied to the email and was told to what more business days for a response. The whole program is a scam DO NOT BUY!

Garbage don't get it

This was a total rip off. I paid 139.99 for this piece of crap. You have to literally have an Apple ID and Apple password of the device being monitored. Same is true for android. If I had the monitored device's Apple username and password, I would not need this app. I hope they give me a refund! Also did they DId not say anything about monitoring kids, but if you see the last pic, now they want to mention indirectly that it is to monitor kids by saying "enter kids Apple ID" on the Apple ID part. I will keep everyone posted to see if they give me a refund! If they don't, I will post more stuff about them!
