I wish I listened to the actual reviews rather than the spin!

*"14 day money back guarantee" I can't even get a response!

*"try it free" "14 day money back guarantee" Terms list pretty much every possible reason for it not working to exclude a refund. I can't even get a response! Have been messaging them for weeks. NOTHING! Tried the help line, get an overseas call centre that says this line is only for paid technical support (which they conned me into buying and you WILL need) and they said the billing team are only available through email. Good luck with that.
*Misleading checkout! Through completing the checkout it offers you add ons for support, the only button is "Complete" or in little writing remind me later. Don't want a reminder? Press complete, automatically bills you for another $80 of add ons. Instantly processed on your card. $211.00! In total.
Good luck making contact and getting a refund.
I am so frustrated and disappointed. What a waste of money that I couldn't afford to lose but like most people these things are purchased at an emotional and stressful time.

Please be informed that monitoring the non-default applications such as Facebook, Viber, Skype, Line, Gmail, and Snapchat can be activated on the Android-based target phone in case it is ROOTED. It also allows you to take advantage of many useful options in your Control Panel. The rooting procedure is unique for each phone model/OS version. It is possible to use Mspy on the non-rooted devices as well.

In case, the target phone is not rooted you have 2 alternative ways to monitor social media

1. You can use a screenrecorder option (available only if the newest mSpy version is installed)
2. You can use a keylogger option (will have access to outgoing messages only, no recipients name available)

We are sorry that you misunderstood the information from our site, which stated that we do not currently have a free trial. Unfortunately, we don't accept payment monthly, so you were charged for the full period of subscription.

We have checked all the issues attentively and see that you were partially refunded for both payments, we would kindly ask you to check your email and refund on the credit card statement. I made a purchase for the safety of my child only to have this company lie and cheat out their customers. It has been 7 months since I made my purchase and have never used their software. It cannot be used and they lie on their website claiming easy installation and so forth. You have everything needed for the installation, so they claim. Until its time to do the install and they change things on you saying much more technical things are needed like a PC or MAC. Oh but if you have a HP running off windows they may be able to install it but you need to install a whole other software not related to mSpy onto your computer first and if this can't be done the list goes on and on with excuses why they can't offer a refund and you won't be able to use their service you paid for. Real quick to take your money and MONTHS being given the run around by their support team. I've already reported to the BBB. Worst company ever do not trust them. I expect my full refund.

A real scam

I wanted to try this app, but to try it you have to buy it. It is written on the site that voys have 7 days for free. Nice scam! Their no-refund policy ensures that they don't reimburse anyone. Less than 24 hours later, I called to cancel my account, I didn't like their platform. I didn't even try the app and they categorically refused to reimburse me! He's been messing around with me by email for almost a month, offering me all kinds of services that don't really interest me. In short, worst customer service I have had in my life. I strongly advise against it...

Total Ripoff

They promised text and email monitoring, once I purchased was informed I could not monitor those due to it being an IPhone 11, filed a refund request and was told they would put my account on hold until they figured a way around the iPhone 11 security. No refund. Don't use MSpy it is a total scam

In everything I read, mSpy allows you to "try" their service. Further, they advertise that you can track a phone without having it with you. I also read from an expert that mSpy can connect the phone without it being in your possession. I clicked the button on their site to "try" the service. Low and behold I was misled. MSPY could not connect my phone without having the phone which is out of state! No problem, right. I had the service for 10 minutes maximum. I wrote them an email constantly for the next two weeks and they didn't reply. I finally found a chat box and I told the person that I had contacted mSpy immediately after buying. The gut said that billing would email me soon. And when they did they said, no refund. Mind you, during the two weeks we had figured out how to connect the phone without having it, but the service was horrible. The application kept rebooting. I can't even give this company 1 star. They had misleading information online and on the home page, they took two weeks to respond to an email. And their service didn't work well. I'm sorry I ever heard of mSpy.

Software will not work on an iPhone with an operating system above 13 despite an online representative advising it would work on any device with iOS above 7.
WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUND AS 'REFUND POLICY' EXCLUDES OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADES.
The fine print is hidden on their website and is not easy to find.

The website clearly states you can access the target phone with iOS credentials which is false. When I contacted their billing to request a refund (on the day of purchase), they were not helpful and refused a refund on something I will not use. If your website is misleading, why would I want to use your product?

After extensive discussion with an online representative of mSpy I made the decision to purchase mSpy only to discover that the application was not suitable for my devices operating system. I only discovered this once I received a login and instruction on how to install on device. I completed their online compatibility checker and could not find any further information that might suggest this product would not work on my iPhone 8. I specifically asked the online chat representative prior to purchase, if the application would work on my iOS (images below) and he advised me that it would work on any iOS 7 and above, again asked him if it would work the latest version of iOS, he confirmed it would.
I have now requested a refund which has been vehemently denied.

Scam!

I purchase mSpy along with the 24 hr helpline and online help package. The product does not actually work with iPhones and the help desk was somehow never available. I have asked for a refund for over a month and just get random responses with no refund. Buyer beware this is a scam!

Iphone users beware
June 28, 2021

Unfortunately, I bought mSpy to access my child's iPhone. As you review the advertisements for mSpy, you will notice information regarding the ability to monitor Snapchat. Secondly, the advertisement highlights accessing the target phone with iCloud information (non-jailbreak iPhone) and NO need to physically access the phone.
Initially, nothing was accessible from the target phone after signing up. After hours with customer service, I was instructed to download an additional app that would allow me to access the target iPhone information. I asked customer service about accessing Snapchat and they said they cannot do that and they are working on being able to do that. Then, I was told I would have to physically connect the phone each time to the laptop to access any of the phone's content. This is contrary to what is shared on the website.
I contacted mSpy for a refund of $119.99 and they will not respond other than the automatic Zendesk response. They have not contacted me with a refund.
If you have an iPhone, please be very cautious about utilizing these services.

Waste of money

They charged me for a year... Actually they double charged me and it wasn't easy to get a refund for the duplicate charge. The service sucks to begin with then it stopped working completely after a couple of months... Blank white screen. I'm done, don't want the subscription anymore and they say they can't give me a refund. They only email, you can't talk to a person and each email takes 3-4 days. I'd give a negative review if I could.

Don't walk away, RUN! Horrible customer service, try to reach out over a dozen times,
No reply, if you pay the membership fee, there is NO technical support to help you included, you
Have to pay for help installing your app, then after frustration, if you try to cancel your membership to
Request a refund, you have to send 10 emails and they put you in a que to refund, well its been 10 days
And no one replies they are waiting for the 14 days free trial to expire so they tell you. " im sorry

AVOID!

Avoid at all costs! I subscribed for a year and soon found out that they cannot do what they claim, they cannot monitor activity on an iphone in terms of social media etc. They refuse to refund my fee and they ignore my emails. This is a scam and should be avoided!

Bad comms

I'm not sure where the positive reviews are coming from but I would not trust this company. I have been trying to ascertain a refund for the best part of 3 weeks and I started well within their 14 day refund policy. The company has stayed quiet, not really responding to any of my emails. Don't by into the idea that the pandemic is whats causing delays, as they were VERY RESPONSIVE when trying to secure payment

Site tells you to disable the play store virus scanner but the play store randomly alerts you within hours of disabling. The the target device works again this crappy overpriced software. It worked for one hour! Then stops because the play store keeps alerting my child that they need to turn it back on and disable the software. Glad I only did a month but still a huge waste of $55.
