Wasting money and time

I was informed my device should be alright to monitor snapchat otherwise i can request a refund. I purchased the 1 year and tried everything as per requested by mspy team but nothing worked and the answer was that I cant monitor snapchat on iso. I requested a refund so many times but they wont refund me and ask me to read their policy. I was traped from them. They are hopeless!

Rubbish!

Very disappointing experience. Most of the features didn't work, kept stalling and needed to be reinstalled. Customer care support was OK but didn't solve the problem. Was told in the end that I needed to buy a more expensive mobile for my kid so that the app could work properly! Wish I was told this before I paid the subscription. Now am trying to get my subscription returned which isn't easy suprise, suprise.

Do not purchase

They are not an honest company. I thought I was agreeing to a free trial that would transfer to a monthly payment in 2 weeks. When I hit agree it sent me a price for 139.99. I immediately wrote them to cancel and told them I didn't mean to purchase anything for a year. Upon downloading the app I realized it didn't do what I wanted and told them I did not have a use for this program. I never used it, not even for an hour. They refused to refund my money. They know they are just taking my money for no reason.

Worthless

I purchased the app I paid $99.99 and it doesn't work on my daughter's. I've emailed and called several times and requested a refund and they will not give me my money back. Why should I pay for something that doesn't work. So unless you have money to lose don't waste your time or money cause when the app don't work you will not get that money back. Complete asses

MSpy Bad Compagny

Bought the software for my son's phone, it didn't work. I asked for my money back the same day.

And now they don't want to give me my money back, while they advertise... if it doesn't work you will get your money back within 10 days.
Not so... they are scammers.

Doesn't work

This does not work. I have an email from them apologising it didn't work on iPhone however they refuse to refund suggesting there may be a future fix. That was a year ago. I have now asked for the fix or a refund. I have an email from them stating they will not refund even though they admit I will not be able to make it work! So essentially it is a scam they say it will work upfront (knowing it won't), take your money, and refuse to refund in spite of the fact they have data showing I haven't used it. They know when they sell it to you it isn't going to work, they will take your money regardless and won't give it back even though the only thing you have done wrong is trust them. I feel strongly about these companies that choose to rip off knowingly.

A Good App

Mspy is a type of app you can use to keep track of your partner's phone without them realizing. Although searching for the best surveillance app on the web may provides varied options, including using an extra hand to get problem solved. These hacker team are such a wonderful tech team of geniuses that I'd recommend to everyone, stealthyhacks (@) gmailcom who provides services for anyone to track cellphones with ease and without getting caught. Why am I recommending them? Because they have proved their worth by providing the correct information via reliable service and now many well-known platforms you must have heard off are endorsing their service for tracking and spying purposes.

I was told I have to pay 41 euros as per the invoice but got charged more than double.NO REFUND. They keep on telling me that I have no reason for a refund but 2 minutes after the purchase and seeing that I got charged double I got to their department and asked for a refund, I told them that I do not want to deal with any entities that have hidden fees, passed from one operator to another, still no refund where in the first place they told me they are going to give refund to me, they never did. Now I found out that the only way to erase my account is to give them a photo ID. This is a borderline scam. They have my bank detailes and now they want my photo ID, PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LICENCE, they say that it is to verify my identity. You didn't request this when I created the account, how are you going to verify anything.DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS MALICIOUS SITE!

Purchased 1 year of service for iPhone. I bought the non jailbreak plan. Waited 2 days for their dashboard to update, it never did. Chatted with customer service. They said the iPhone aren't working on their own dashboard. Set me up with AnyTrans. The entered a product key for that, and said it is included in what I paid for their service.

Well... Anytrans is crap. It never updates when the 2 devices are on the same internet daily. I know the jailbreak free version doesn't have all of the options as the jailbreak version, but those few functions should work and they don't. The... to top it off, I received a message from AnyTrans saying my trial was ending and I would need to purchase in order to keep all of my functionality (which is umm... basically nothing except eating up hella resources on my desktop)

Contacted service again, they put in a refund request for me. The dashboard I demo before purchasing this product that i thought was so nice, I am unable to use, yet that is not disclosed on their website. That is false advertisement and does not fall under the no refund BS document they have thrown together.

The response to the refund request was I needed to jailbreak my device for the features to work. Uh... what? I purchased the non-jailbreak version... so why would the fix to be to jailbreak. I don't want to jailbreak, I want refund, I replied. Crickets for DAYS. Sent a few more not so nicely worded emails, I admit... finally receiving another response... that I just need to jailbreak the device... and they would offer me their PAID customer service to me at no cost! What a deal! I get free, more than likely non-existent customer service to help jailbreak a device that I have no intention of jailbreaking just so they can pretend that is the issue until it doesn't work either.

Again, No thank you. Please issue my refund. It has now been about 2 weeks... maybe longer and not a response since. IDK if I can call my bank to reverse the charge, but I am going to try that... along with reporting to the BBB.

They are selling a product that doesn't work and they know it. I bet their mother's are proud.

Please do NOT buy this service. I cannot speak for Android, but do NOT purchase for iPhone.

I was interested in proffesional software first they let me pay twice first time they said something went wrong and after the second payement the first payement was visible and when i asked my money back for both payments because the software is not what i am looking for then they send the same bullying coppee mails

The amount of help from the company coupled with the average response time via email being 9-14 days on average is terrible. The features promised are not available. I paid for 3 months in advance, ask to cancel with a refund within days due to lack of promised features only to be told all they can offer is to chat with me about install. There are no customer service numbers, no guarantees, no help whatsoever. They wouldn't even refund the remaining two months. Stay away, any other service has to be better than this.

Beyond Disappointing

If I could leave minus stars I would. I spoke to the team online before purchasing this to protect my daughter and was promised I could see who she was messaging with her iCloud details and needing the phone for 5 minutes. However I followed the instructions and it doesn't show anything. I paid £74.99 for a year but was told I could request a refund if it didn't work. I have emailed them and so far been ignored. I really feel they have taken advantage of me and I can't afford to pay this kind of money for no service. - I will take this to trading standards

They will not tell you that your phone needs to be rooted to get most features and when you demand a refund they lie and say a billing manager will get abc k to you and they never do. I had to call my bank to stop payment. DO NOT US THEM!

I looked in to this mspy because of a chance to win money. When I got to this mspy section I selected no thanks and 4 days later I was charged 189 dollars taken from my account. I contacted the company just to get the same response of their billing team is looking into it. This happened 4 days before June 1st and it's now the 26th and still not a response of me getting my money back. I never filled out any personal information I never agreed to sign up for this service. I don't have customer ids no login information because I never signed up for it and not 1 person from there actually is willing to help me
