Mspy app is a scam app, to buy their plan will ask you to pay saying refund. Initially I told them I don't have any iCloud I'd or password details. Or won't be able to have the target phone all the time with me. Their process is very long and customer service is extremely bad. This company is terrible in scamming people with no properly support. Don't buy this app and get scammed. Instead of refund they will scam by saying I will freeze your account.
Most if there reviews are fake self created once.

Beware!

This app does not work. Their 14-day trial is a lie. They will charge your card immediately and then when you discover it doesn't work and messes up your phone within a day, they will deny your refund. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Glitchy service, which makes me nervous because they have my sons credentials. Tech help is extra and expensive, seems $#*! backwards if we are already paying a high subscription fee. (I'm out $83 dollars)
After I added his phone, I went back to the site, logged in and his phone was no longer registered.
Screams SCAM- I do not recommend!

The tracking and monitoring features are legit, no doubt. But, the mSpy subscription costs can pile up over time. Before you commit, make sure you'll use all those features you're paying for. Just saying!

I had a few questions regarding the wifi networks tab because I wasn't seeing the network's ID's and he provided me with a super insightful article that listed some really valuable information. On top of that, he did almost by reflex and super fast! Super knowledgeable support rep!

I was face with an apparently insovable problem about getting through my log export requests. Thankfully, a very nice and attentive person called Thomas York was patient enough to guide me to the right steps to solve the issue.

Anna Newman gave me great customer service and helped me with all my questions that needed to be answered in a timely manner!

I had an issue installing the application, the options to resolve the issue were to pay another $40 for help or contact customer service in chat. When I contacted customer in chat they could not access my account because I had not been charged. They told me I would not be charged. I then re ieved a charge and when I asked for a refund was told no because it did not fall in the parameters of thier refund policy. When I explained the situation I was again told no. I never used the service and I was told I would not be charged,so I am unsure how being told I would not be charged and then being charged is my fault. This company has 55 unresolved complaints which is clearly an issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are several other options who even offer a free trail. Not money to start and then charge you money for help and lie to you.

Not configured as easy to install on any device. I have requested repeatedly since last 6 months for about more than 20 times to help for installation on the target device, but the problem has not been reserved yet. Received only a repeated and typical answer from customer care with no useful information/help.
