I downloaded the app but never used their services. Got a hefty $93 taken out of my account, since I didn't use the app I wrote mspys customer service for a refund. They responded to my email saying that they have received my request, but I haven't seen my refund it's been a month. I'm going to continue to message them concerning my refund everyday and leave appropriate reviews every day, until I get back my money

The app is great! Eventhough it still need improvement, it is still way better than other app. It is not buggy at all

While I do have trust in my son, I found it necessary to utilize this application to ensure that he is using his devices responsibly and ethically. I tried this app just to test if it worked, it did but there are more that could be done for this app to be better. Just give it a try and see if it worked for you.

I purchased for iPhone and after installing did not have all the features listed in their front page if website. I immediately uninstalled and contacted them for refund. They refused refund and said I would need to jailbreak the phone. That's ridiculous. Who has access to a phone to perform those steps when the whole concept is to "spy" on it and not be suspicious. Jail breaking an iPhone is insane. I went back and forth with them snd all they offered was an extension of time for me to try to get the phone and jailbreak it. I'm super unhappy and told them to get lost. Be very careful as they will not work with you on any refund even if it's within 24 hours of your purchase!

DO NOT use this app. They will mislead you, once they get your payment all the things that they told you will not happen unfortunately. 1. They will convince you that they can remotely do it with an extra fee.(once your paid, NO they can't) 2. They will tell you the app will not be visible. (Once you paid, they will tell you it's not possible.) 3. They will tell you they will give you 14 days full refund. (It's not possible because they will tell you to read their legal terms.). So in short nothing will be positive on your side, money grabbing.

Purchased the premium software package, and later found it was a beta test version of the app. I requested a refund because of this, and they denied, pushing me instead to buy their help package (sold separately). They do not care about the end user, and do not care about customer service. AVOID - plenty of other options.

Doesnt work as advertised for iPhone... no refund. It took forever to do backup and nothing happened. They offered free remote access it's $40 I think they will tell you when you purchase the package.

I was really excited when I followed the advertising link and got the tour of this amazing dashboard that showed all the great capability mSpy offfers. I was sold in an instant and clicked through to pay and sign up. It was on installation I discovered that as an iPhone user the offer is very different and frankly pretty pointless when stacked up against alternatives including screentime that comes with the phone. I asked for help and found out the only option was to jailbreak my iphone which I didn't want to do. I therefore asked for an immediate refund when I discovered this. Given this was all within 24-48 hours of purchase I expected no problem and to be able to move on. I have been fobbed off and my requests blatantly ignored with no response other than offers to extend the subscription etc. I have given up asking for the refund but requested all my personal details be removed from their system which they have so far not even acknowledged and are therefore in breach of data protection regulations. If this was a reputable firm they would expect this to happen on occasion and have no problem refunding purchases that have been made through a misunderstanding. They certainly wouldn't be playing fast and loose with customer data. Unfortunately mSpy appear not to be.
