Worst app ever

I get the app and follow the instructions for Installation after that never works I try to get help from the company but after many times trying I give up, they offer you to Install the product but they charge you another 59 dlls, so I thing everything is a trick for expend more money.
Worst customer service and everything.
Just I waste my money, don't buy this garbage.

Very Terrible service

I would recommend you don't use these services they are scammers, and I would have lost more money to them if it were not for the intervention of cyborgmetro,com. 90% of the data that the ADs of Mspy commits are not working. After trying many times refund also not happen. This behavior is not at all acceptable.

I purchased Mspy after having a long chat with their online customer support. I asked specific questions and was given very concise answers that the app would have the functionality I was searching for. I have these chat transcripts in writing. I was also told that if I wasn't satisfied, I would get a refund. See chat transcripts attached to this review. Turns out, the package their agent sold me (Ultimate package) does not have over 90% of the features promised. I contacted customer service many times and despite the proof (transcripts) they are refusing to refund me. The transcripts are very clear and even their tech support told me I should get a refund. I have this in writing too but billing refuses. I tried several times to reason with them and plead to have them read the transcripts but they remain staunch in refusing to issue a refund. I have those emails if needed to prove this. These people are scammers and I will make sure everyone knows this.

I made a purchase and it was advertised at their website that for iPhone doesn't need physical access for the target phone and can be accessed through any browser, but that was not true at all. After I made the purchase, mspy didn't work and I have been told I need physical access to the phone and I can only access through PC after downloading a software.

I requested a refund which has been denied. This is what i been told ""No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond mSpy control. They include, but are not limited to:...a user does not accept technical assistance"

So how can i accept technical assistance for a feature that does not exist?

The claim of not having to root the phone is false. Only after you subscribe do they point to sections of a blog that explains that too monitor social media you must root.
I even received additional emails telling me to upgrade to a more expensive subscription to access the additional features.

Great Application

Such a handy app to use when you need to track one's location by their number instantly. I've used this one and it gladly saved my nephew from trouble. For someone who has grandparents of old age whom I live with, this app provides great use for emergencies whenever either one of them drifts off and forgets to tell us where they went.

This company or someone purchased fraudulent charges. I wrote the customer service and tried calling about it. They sent all these emails saying the same thing over and then asked me did I want to extend the service. I'm like huh I never purchased it in the first place. I never purchased this service.

I downloaded the app but never used their services. Got a hefty $93 taken out of my account, since I didn't use the app I wrote mspys customer service for a refund. They responded to my email saying that they have received my request, but I haven't seen my refund it's been a month. I'm going to continue to message them concerning my refund everyday and leave appropriate reviews every day, until I get back my money

The worst service I ever
