My experience with mSpy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.

Before purchasing the service, I spent a significant amount of time speaking with several of their customer service agents. I clearly explained that I wanted a solution for an iPhone without jailbreaking the device. Multiple representatives assured me that the Ultimate plan would work for my needs. I even asked if there were shorter plans (1-month or 3-month options), but I was repeatedly told that the only option available was the 6-month Ultimate plan.

Based on the information provided by their own representatives, I proceeded with the purchase.

From day one, the service did not work as described. Instead of receiving the features listed under the Ultimate plan, I only had access to very limited information such as contacts and photos, which is nowhere near what was advertised or what I was told by their agents.

I immediately contacted support and requested a refund. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth emails, where I repeatedly explained that I had been misinformed by several agents. I even provided screenshots of the conversations clearly showing the incorrect information I was given. Despite this evidence, they refused to issue a refund.

After weeks of frustration, they finally offered to freeze my account and provide lifetime access to another service as an alternative. Since my money had already been taken and I was getting nowhere with the refund request, I reluctantly accepted the offer just to feel like my money wasn't completely wasted.

However, the problems didn't stop there. It has now been several days, and I am still waiting for the credentials to access this new service. The first email was even sent to the wrong email address, and when I contact support, responses either take several days or do not resolve the issue at all.
Do not waste your time and money.

This method requires the installation of our Computer app and sync with the target device for proper functionality. Please be aware that these features are not accessible through iCloud sync alone, as Apple’s iCloud system does not permit the retrieval of such data.

I contacted support before purchase and asked will I have all features they mentioned on premium package, he said yes. Wrong! If you don't jailbreak phone, lose warranty and pay 3rd party app or pay extra 700$ to them you can only see gallery and phone book. They refuse to refund and billing department need 7days to respond to emails since they probably have to much refund requests or they just don't care. One more thing, this is not an app, it's a dashboard full of ads even you pay for it and you need to login on browser every time.

WARNING: UNLAWFUL CHARGES AND BILLING FRAUD!

Stay away from mSpy and msp-bill.info. This company is engaging in criminal billing practices. After purchasing a basic plan, they charged my card an additional €57.45 for an 'Extreme' upgrade that I NEVER authorized or ordered. No receipt, no consent, just theft. When confronted, their support hides behind a 'no refund policy' that ignores international consumer law. I have already initiated a fraud claim with PayPal and my bank. They are not a tech company; they are a digital pickpocket operation. You have been warned!

They refuse to refund after being double charged

Do not use this app. They refuse to refund you, even when they double charge you. If anything gets deducted they will not return the money but only try to upsale or ask a way to get you to move on. They should not be used. Proceed with caution.

I subscribed to mSpy on December 24,2025, believing there would be a confirmation or trial before any immediate charge. The payment was processed instantly, including additional bundled services, without clear warning.
I requested a refund the same day. The software was never installed or used. Despite this, my request was refused and mSpy repeatedly offered free months or technical assistance instead of addressing the billing dispute.
This experience raised serious concerns about transparency and refund practices. I recommend reading the refund policy very carefully before purchasing.

This has been the most infuriating experience. I switched from Bark to mspy due to their promise of more comprehensive monitoring but since my purchase it has been nothing but problems. It took WEEKS for them to figure out a login issue where my account was incorrectly set up. Then when that was finally fixed I tried to do the installation to which I've run into multiple issues. I've tried contacting customer service and every time they close my chat or don't fully answer how to fix in emails. I asked for a refund due to defective product and was told they could not. This seems like a total scam and absolute fraudulent product.

I had a serious problem with the website immediately after creating my account.
I entered my email, paid for a plan, and they added an extra plan on top of it.
I requested a cancellation, which they granted; HOWEVER, they did not contact my bank to inform them of the cancellation or process the refund.
I'm having problems with the bank, which doesn't want to issue the refund, and I can no longer get in touch with the MSPY website.

Do Not Waste Your Money

The product does not deliver what it promises. I bought mSpy earlier this month, but the software never worked. I reached out for help countless times, went through troubleshooting, and even allowed remote access, but it never functioned as advertised. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind policy excuses and refused, even though their terms clearly allow refunds for unresolved technical issues. This company does not stand by its own guarantees. Buyers beware!
