Within mins of purchasing the software, I realized it's not as straight forward and easy as they made it out to be. I instantly asked for a refund and the refused. DO NOT use this product.

The software never worked at all. On top of that, they attempted to charge my card for extra services I never requested — thankfully, my card didn't have enough funds. Completely dishonest behavior. I reported the issue right away, but they refused to issue a refund despite the service being unusable from the start. Stay away from this company!
