This has been the worst software service and customer service I have ever experienced. The product works initially when first installed and you think it is going to continue to work. THEN the software stops connecting according to the time selected, for me 20 minute intervals. Over the next week the software will only connect and upload once per 24 hours then 48 hours then STOPS connecting completely. The customer service LIES and gives you their standard line of BS excuse that the wifi connection is not strong enough when NOTHING has changed with the phone or the cellular or wifi environment. They will tell you that YOU ARE THE ONLY customer with this problem. READ all the reviews you are NOT. You will have to UNINSTALL and REINSTALL the software to have it work properly again and you must have the phone in your possession for about 3 hours.

TOTAL Cheaters and Liars. I've had their service for 9 months since after working great the first 2 weeks purchased a full year. Since then the program has stopped functioning 8 times and each time I've had to get possession of the phone and uninstall and reinstall. I AM DONE WITH THIS USELESS SERVICE. Look somewhere else or you will be pulling your hair out after the first month of service. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND

This software is absolutely crazy and should be 100% illegal. I don't know what kind of sick person would buy something to spy on another person even if it is there kids. Have people forgotten how to respect another persons privacy? Would you like it if someone could read through your whole phone? You people are sick for even thinking about making this purchase.

Beware not to check the agreement while you sign on.
I paid and found out that my device is not supported.
Just 10mins after the order, they refused to honor my cancellation request.

Now I am waiting for my device to be supported by them... for unknow days to wait. And lost my money too. REALLY SUCKS

They charge me twice for one month. Asked for refund which they refuse to give because I didn't reply to their email when I did. So now for the past two week I been asking them to at least give me the month that I paid extra... Now they don't answer my emails and when they do it take about 3 day for a reply. The billing manager Alice Wilson and Monica Garrison have been going back and forth with me and nothing has been made. It just say that my account will expire in 10/30/15 but yet won't let me see anything because my account has expire. So they charge me twice and now are refusing to give the month that I paid extra and forget about refunds.

Please Please don, t pay a single penny to these big thugs. They will take your money and if something will happened then they will give you nothing and their staff is very rude. They will sell your private information to the other companies so Beware!

These people are thieves!

I have had mspy for about 3 days. For 2 of those days it worked ok. Since yesterday I have had no information from the target phone yet i know that it has had plenty of activity, much of it sent by me, and plenty of internet connection. I tried to talk to someone on live chat and no one answered. I have emailed no one has answered. I have called and they hang up on me. They are liars and cheats. I will take this further if they do not give me a satisfactory outcome!

I have had mspy on my daughters phone since August. It worked great and It did what it was supposed to do (except, it does let blocked phone numbers through). Yesterday only a small amount of the target phones activity was sent to me. I know that there was a lot of calls and texts and web browsing that never showed in my dashboard because I was able to look through the phone and see it, so it obviously wasn't deleted before the 2 min mark. Now today i cannot get any new activity at all. The GPS stopped working at 4am and I know there is a good internet connection. I know the phone has activity on it because I have called and texted it several times all day and still nothing. I have phone support and never can talk to anyone. I get hung up on before i get connected and when i do get through... the recording wants my ID number. After I enter it it tells me that I don't have support... ugh so aggravating! I have emailed mspy and still haven't heard from them. I really needed this solved today because it's the weekend and that is when my daughter needs the most monitoring. What is the point of phone support if mspy doesn't live up to their promise of it. 2 days ago I would have given 4 stars.

Your service suck
September 25, 2015

I purchased 1 month subscription of this software but nothing works.
I could not log in using my password, therefore I have tried to reset the password but no updated password gets sent out to my email.
I have contacted several times from overseas and either they hang up or they don't answer.
Don't use this company, there are there to make a quick buck... Their service sucks.

I purchased the more expensive licence. It's a nightmare to install. An average person will find it so daunting to correctly install the whole program.
I hope someone comes with something better and more user friendly with good backup support. Non of that is currently being delivered by spy.

HORRIBLE

Horrible site. Read some reviews, thought it would be okay. Now i have paid for the one month, and mspy is not working how it should be. I have entered the icloud email and password and it has been verified, but nothings happening. I have tried to contact mspy 6 times now, the first 2 times they hung up on me, now they arent even answering the phones. This is probably the worst customer service i have ever recieved. I also emailed a request for a refund and still nothing. Such bull$#*!. DONT PAY FOR THIS

I have re-install the app servial times and it still wont work i marked 777 and it didnt help and the phone does not have antivirus at all... what can i do i need help

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties while using our application.

MSpy software depends on strong Internet connection and in case there was no Internet on the target device for more than 24 hours, target phone loses connection automatically.
777 is a common troubleshooting in this case and if it is not working for several times it means that mSpy was un-installed from the target device and re-installation is required. We have provided you with all of the required assistance at once and would be more than happy to help you again.
MSpy require many permissions from the target phone and Antivirus can react on it as on harmful application, because it was not downloaded from Google Play Store. Moreover, Antivirus is one of the reasons target phone loses connection at first place.

In case you need any assistance with re-installation or consultation on how to prevent target phone from losing connection please leave your Customer ID and phone number and we will gladly assist you.

Hello. I recently ran into a problem of adolescence, their children. They're no longer obey me, and punish them "street" would sit for hours on the Internet... I was greatly troubled at what sites and what information they derive therefrom. Thank you friends, who advised service "mSpy"!

Is it the price, and generally about any money are we talking about when touched upon the education of their children.

I used to use Myspy whenever I needed it and would simply cancel my subscription afterwards. But after my last experience I will NEVER deal with them again. I attempted to cancel my subscription 3xs and they still withdrew money from my account. I requested a refund and got a snide email back along with an option to have another month’s subscription or a refund. I responded that I wanted a refund and never got it nor a response back. After waiting 7 business days I finally emailed them back to find out about my refund and they sent me an automatic email telling me I would get another month’s worth of service even though at this point I clearly don’t want it. The worse thing is that unless you pay to be able to do business with them over the phone you can’t call them for anything! So your sending emails back and forth HOPING to get an issue resolved! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MSpy - the world's best application for a parent who is able to keep track of any online activity of the children's mobile phone, including all popular instant messengers. This program I recommended a friend who has a child. Excellent program, I often do not go home, constantly on business trips, and with the help of mSpy can I track where my child is, what he is doing on the Internet, that in the letter received by email. Most recently, I had to use the program for tracking Internet activity my child. Tried a lot of different applications, but none decided my question. Then my friend recommended program mSpy - and I was very impressed positively! The application works very well, monitors any activity on the Internet. This app helped me a lot.
And most importantly the price is not high compared to other similar applications. There is also a clock technical support to help resolve any settings in the program!
I recommend to use this plugin!

MSpy, a perfect application for any parent who wants to know what their child is involved in the Internet, and indeed any monitor its activity using a mobile phone. This task this application copes well. So I left them quite enough, the benefit of which it bought it for $ 35 and have never regretted, because now I know where my child is and what he usually does.
