Was told would get windshield at cost, made numerous calls,and Emails. Never got back to me, so if I had problems with unit, guess warranty would not happen. Very poor customer service.
My parent's purchased an almost $5,000.00 go kart for our children for Christmas. It was delivered 2 days before Christmas. LOOK AT HOW IT ARRIVED! My mom called and spoke with a man who said he was disgusted and would "make it right". He offered to come and pick it back up. She spent HOURS scrubbing it to make it somewhat presentable as a Christmas morning surprise. What my parent's couldn't get is all underneath which will eventually turn to rust. Who knows what else is/would corrode. Well they came to pick it up with promises of sending a new one. Because she scrubbed it for our kids they have deemed this in good condition and want 900 to send it back or be heavily penalized for restocking. She just received the attached email. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And they won't return phone calls or answer the phone. UNBELIEVABLE. Do not deal with this company. I will help my parents go above and beyond legal action and cost of cart.
A return was approved, and the go-kart was spotless and in perfect working condition when we received it back. Customer had no explanation as to why we received the go cart in great condition, when the reason of the complaint was that the damage was severe and irreversible.
Since there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and the cause of the white substance you see in the pictures is rock salt, which can be washed away and it appears that it was before it was sent back to us, the customer was charged a 2-Way Shipping Fee and a 15% Restocking Fee, as stated in our policies that have to be agreed upon in order to place an order with our company.
This customer was also advised of a police report that has been filed due to the threatening nature of the calls made to multiple of our employees, where their lives were threatened. The threats began after the go-cart was received and it was discovered that the customer's original complaint of the vehicle being damaged beyond repair was false.
Ordered a mid-xrx. Wheel sheared off on second day of use. Called and emailed customer support immediately. Did not get a response until the third email/call, although the response indicated that they didn't read my email or look at the picture I sent. Was directed to another department. That department did not respond (Tech support). As of this writing I'm still trying to reach them, 25 days after the vehicle broke. Do not order from Motobuys. Their customer support is non-existent and there are plenty of other retailers out there.
Bought a ATV as a Christmas gift for my son ATV is not getting pull power in forward. Called and emailed and sent video in email at the end of December of what the ATV is doing still no email back very disappointed terrible company.
Was originally told that if I ordered by end of day Friday 12/9 that it would be shipped Monday or Tuesday and shouldn't be a problem to get it by Xmas.
Today Wednesday 12/14 it still hasn't shipped.
Now I'm told it should ship tomorrow Thursday the 12/15 but if not Friday.
I told Carlos that if it doesn't ship tomorrow that I was going to have to cancel my order, he said well in that case I'll just cancel it myself and hung up on me.
Then motobuys called back and asked how I was doing and if I still wanted to ship the go kart.
I said your customer service rep was unprofessional and you shouldn't hang up on your customers specially when they spent 2800$.
They said you were "trying to find common ground"
And they also said he "Carlos did nothing wrong" by hanging up on me.
I disagreed
You then said you will cancel my order and hung up on me once again.
If I don't think your company did anything wrong you probably won't be in business very long.

I have had my Maddog 150 GenV scooter for about 5 mos now. MotoBuys did get better getting me the parts I needed and reasonably quick. You should be fairly knowledgeable on electrical and mechanical or have someone you know if you get one from any dealer in case you encounter issues like I had. Mine runs great after a few episodes of diagnostics and repairs. MotoBuys tech dept. will help. I get stopped everywhere I go the scooter looks so cool! It was really fun when I took it to Fla. To tool around on!

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered a PINK go kart for my daughter for Christmas, and worried I would get my "second choice" of red, I called the company and spoke to a sales rep who told me that he checked the inventory list and there were INDEED pink go karts in house. He assured me that if I placed an order, I would get my first choice. The go kart came quickly to my surprise, but was RED. I called the company which was not open yet as I live in the eastern time zone, so I refused the order, not knowing what to do. I finally got through shortly after they opened to be told I would be charged $400 for a restocking fee and shipping. My only option was to hopefully accept the RED go kart before it was fully returned by the shipping company. When I told the sales rep that I was assured I would get my first choice, he informed me that inventory lists are only ran once a week and the original person I spoke with should have told me that. Although the manager listened to my call and agreed that I was told it would be PINK, the only option I was given was for him to ship me some spray paint in pink or give me a $50 credit to buy some on my own. I really want to get behind USA made companies, but I cannot get behind a policy like this. Long story short, I was able to get the red kart brought back and delivered and will have a disappointed little girl on Christmas morning as I am not willing to pay for such ignorant policy fees. I am still waiting on my "pink spray paint" for my brand new $1,000.00 go kart that I may have to end up spray painting myself. Horrible policy, horrible!
I just want to take a moment at express how much I appreciate the folks with this company. I went to leave a review and was surprised to see the "mixed reports." I haven't had any trouble reaching them directly and for any questions I may have had they answered promptly and I felt confident in what they had to say. Very nice and professional, would recommend! I look forward to doing business in the future.
Should be zero stars. The part I had to assumable came with defective parts and driving my new moped for only 15 miles the head light and turn signs went out. Rear fender came so bent it rubs on the tire. Did they help me with my problems? No, they ignore my calls and emails. Won't even talk to me about a refund or replacing the messed up parts they sent me. Don't not buy from them. At this point I'd trust a crackhead on Craigslist then them.

As mentioned previously, we will provide any parts damaged during shipping as per the warranty. Shipping Damage does not qualify for a return since it would be considered a minor issue.

The vehicle will be inspected once it has been received at our warehouse. Once inspected, we will email you a summary of our findings from the inspection. Pictures will be included in the Inspection Report.
If it is decided that the damage is minor (i. E., change of mind, damaged plastic parts, bad carburetor, damaged/broken gas tank, etc.), based off our mechanic’s inspection, you will be responsible for the 2-Way Shipping Fee and a 15% Restocking Fee.
If it is decided that the issue is due to a factory error/shipping damage, (i. E., bad engine, cut wires during shipping, broken frame, etc.), based off our mechanic’s inspection, then a full refund will be processed.

I bought a trail master 300 EFI UTV on July 26 Three weeks after I bought it, it stopped working I called and when I call I get leave a message and they will call back most of the time they do not call back. I need help to fix this machine. Where is the help to fix what they sell? I would never buy anything from them again
Don't return your ITEAM just because the outer card board is all TORN up. Scooter's are shipped from China there going to be pretty ruff looking. Most are secured to the pallet with steel frame? Take lots of photos while driver is still there. Have him not any obvious damage you'll get better response from the shipping agent than motobuys. DO NOT!
DO NOT RETURN USLESS ITS SEVERELY DAMAGED. You will be charged shipping BOTH WAYS AND RESTOCKING FREE. ( A $2000 purchase will cost $1000) to return it and that's if your lucky enough Not to be changed the full amount.
Also if you finance thru bread! You'll be paying months of payments before you even get it, GOOD LUCK
We bought a go-kart from Motobuys that arrived super fast and was a cheaper than the power sports stores around. The Go-kart arrived damage - actual pieces broken and oil all over the engine and fan. After calling Motobuys with the delivery guy here and them not answering I did not accept the delivery. Now they are charging us $1000 to restock and return the broken item. We are disputing the charge through our bank. Worst policy and customer service. It's all contradictory. They told me to put it together and see if it worked but their return policy states they do not accept stuff put together. They stated not to refuse a delivery for minor damage but this was not minor damage.
Every know and then your going to run in to a problem with ordering online. Take to them how you want to be talked to. Give them time your not there only customer. Give peace a chance don't go 0 to 100 on the phone not everyone hears what your thinking and no one can read your mind.
I bought two Trail Master Hurricanes from MotoBuys. One arrived in a damaged crate that resulted in significant superficial damage. No big deal to me - it's a minibike. The second crate was completely in tact but the front wheel was missing a wheel bearing. I contacted the company by phone, no answer and no call back. I contacted them by email with a picture of the wheel without the wheel bearing. I received one response that the photo was being forwarded to the parts department for them to "take a look"? After that - no response. No answer or call back to numerous phone calls. No response to follow-up emails. After a month of the bike sitting in the garage, I managed to guess the correct size of the bearing and bought a new one online.
Purchased a bike from them Wednesday July 20th and it arrived 5 days later I did pay for all of the expedited services not sure how long it would take if you did the normal shipping speed but when I called and talked to them they quick answer the phone answered all my questions very satisfied
I was really impressed with the service and ease that I found with talking to a LIVE representative at MotoBuys. I had ordered a non-California Legal emissions scooter by mistake and had already paid by PAY PAL on line.
When I called on Monday to review and cancel the order, Charlie helped me to find a similar bike with more horse power and was able to cancel and change my order with a small upgrade.
He even walked me through the different nuances of the available retro scooters they had available.
I ended up being able to order something I really wanted and have it delivered to my home in Fresno, CA.

I brought a motor bike shipped from the warehouse & received a used bike with old black oil in it& the oil was also spread all over the filter & some parts of the bike. Called customer service & the man was rude& could not help me.
ON 6-3-2022 I placed my order for a Classic Hertage 150cc scooter, I was only able to get ahold of a live person one time, I was told it would be shipped out last week and to call back if it wasn't, I been calling for days, no one well answer your phones calls or return your messages, or return your your e-mails, I'll never use this company again
Bought a bike and quickly realized the quality was really bad. Clutch lever snapped when being used. The metal is soft. Then asked for parts. Been waiting 7 mo the for a crank case! They have stolen our money!
