I'd just like to say when someone contacts support, they can only dream of getting someone as supportive and helpful as Jason was! Above and beyond service is what he gave me! Not only did he help me with my issue, he further helped me in making my Final Cut a better flowing workspace and taught me a lot to enhance my editing experience! He didn't have to do any of that but really went above and beyond and I am very appreciative, I really am. 20/10 service!

I had an issue that was more related to me than the software. I was surprised to receive a Videochat request from support (Jason), as I am used to the standard support by chats or phone calls. It was such a fantastic experience; that was also attributed to Jason. Not only Jason helped me out, he was a great person to meet and talk to, but he also helped me with other non-MotionVFX matters simply because he had the right expertise and offered some insights into other issues that he picked up whilst talking. Awesome service MotionVFX, bad for the other industries that I now expect the same standard ;)

I got very lucky I reached out for help to get luts loaded and I ended up not only getting that I got much more, there were so many things contributing to my issues that I would have never got things finished with out Jasons help, and I say that because not every customer service rep goes above and beyond to help. I would def say anyone that gets this guy is lucky and should take any advice one your programs. Thank you for all your Help Jason.
Honestly the best customer service I've experienced. I had a issue with compatibility that was sorted through. But in addition to that, I got a bunch of very helpful tips on how to make the most of my editing and the plugins. Seriously top notch.
I Love Motion VFX! The products, the tutorials, easy of use and the customer service surpasses other companies that I have used. They are always responsive and do whatever they can to make their customers happy and coming back for new great products!

Love the mCensor plugin. I went with the $19 upgrade - such a worthwhile investment. Tracking is way better and so much faster. I definitely recommend it. Also, thanks to Jason for helping me with the issues I was having. He is in a different time zone, but did reply promptly the next day and was very detailed in his response. Great guy and very good support.
Excellent customer support is very important to businesses these days, and today it was the ultimate example of the highest levels of customer service I have experienced.
I was communicated with Jason for a couple of days due to some issue with a specific plug-in.
Jason replied quickly and professionally, and today, we also had an online meeting (Jason suggested) to provide further explanation to workaround an issue.

The support team answers in a short time. They help very well to solve issues. Great job. Now my fcp works great with their plugin
I've been using MotionVFX plugins for FCPX for some time now. At first they seemed like you wouldn't get much for the money. Once I first used their products though I realised that even in the smaller bundles the quality and flexibility make up for the price. Great customer service also and quick to respond. Helped me with a performance issue by creating a video showing me how to edit the plugin within Motion so that it would work better for me on my lower spec setup.
They advertise upgrade prices and the refuse to honor them even though they are still listed on their sites. To top it of Minstaller is crippled with bugs and keeps wanting to update but when you click update it just restarts and asks you to "update" over and over again. Most of their plug-ins crash, mglitch cost me thousands of dollars after crashing on multiple
Projects including corrupting completely a fcpx file and I had to redo hours of work… stay away from this company they are shady in business practices and also provide products that are not stable.
Excellent products and support! My go-to for FCPX and Motion-related pug-ins and templates. A little pricier than some competition, but worth it!
I had some issues installing the app. But the support was very fast and accurate with screenshots so I could easily resolve my problem.
The folks at MotionVFX have been my go to source for creative inspiration since 2019. Their tutorials are thorough and easy-to-follow. Customer support is terrific.
The guys at MotionVFX have great plugins, and this is very easy to verify, just checkout their site and YouTub channel. What I want to highlight here is how dedicated their support is. The team is very responsive and thorough, I'd definitely recommend them and would do business again in the future.
Very poor customer care after they have taken your money. Most of this software doesnt run correctly so before you buy make sure you computer can run it. One guy said it would run fine but it would not render and refused a refund.

Answer: Quality, design, functionality and the ability to customize their stuff on your own (I'm looking at you, FxFactory). And daaaaamn mO2 is insane, there's literally nothing out there like it. Phat!
