Had a problem with plugin installation that I just couldn't figure out after many troubleshooting attempts. It was just before the weekend and I figured no one from customer support would be available. Fortunately my need for the plugin wasn't urgent so I waited until Monday. Support staff contacted me and we were able to resolve the problem within minutes - something that took me an entire weekend trying to figure out. I appreciate the team at MotionVFX and love their products. I thank them for great and professional service.

I don't remember how I found Motion VFX, but from the moment I emailed them with a question about a product before downloading, I knew this company was great. Now that I have many of their plugins and templates, I can say that their products are phenomenal! They are easy to use and very intuitive. I have only run into a problem once (and I think it was my mistake, fyi), but their customer service team got back to me immediately with the solution I needed. And we all know what it's like to be pulling your hair out in front of the computer! So the fact that their customer service is so grand is a God-send! I am so happy I found this company.

I'm using MotionVFX products for over a year now. Great customer service, quick response to any questions and issues. Highly recommend products.

Just purchased my app with problems on getting minstaller to install. I wrote Motions Customer Service on Feb. 22@ 01:39. Gabriel responded at 01:47 with a solution. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT? It took me time to clear my installer, but it worked. He again responded as if he was in my next bedroom. I'm have never had problems with MotionVFX which puts a modern-istic vib to my projects, plus it's fun to explore the droves of elements available. MotionVFX is the Tessla for my video projects.

MotionVFX is a fantastic resource for Video professionals. Their plug in ecosystem is one of the major reasons I've switched to Final Cut Pro - and I'm so glade I did. MotionVFX's products are simply in a league of their own when it comes to design and quality. Most of their plug ins have an unparalleled level of customizability (is that a word?).
And their service is impeccable. Any issues, software related, or other unexpected problems have always been addressed by their team within minutes. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Likely due to an error on my part, I somehow caused a glitch in the Matrix and created some sort of disconnect between my mInstaller and the plug-in destination. I then contacted MotionVFX, via chat and unbeknownst to me I received a "FaceTime" from customer support! Part of me wanted to ignore the call, as this has never EVER happened to me before, but I ultimately relented. I'm beyond glad I did. I had the distinct pleasure and honor to get help from an Australian gentleman, living in Japan named Jason. Not only did Jason address my issue, he then took the time to walk me through with my Final Cut Pro X file management and actually taught me a LOT about "Optimized Media," and how it was greedily taking up more space than it needed to. In the end, I not only got my issue resolved, but I feel like I met a really cool, and knowledgable friend. Thank you MotionVFX for such stellar customer service. Your plugins are well worth the investment. Thank you Jason for going far above and beyond your job and doing it very well.

I had the opportunity to work with Motion FX customer support specialist Jason MaNamara... Lots of logistics involved to plan a zoom meeting and once we were able to e-connect, the transaction, training and hour long 'what about this,' 'what about that,' followed by 'How do I..." was all seamless.

When MotionVFX customer support members connect with a client (me) one never knows how the zoom conversation will transpire; fortunately, for both members, it was productive, entertaining, refreshing and inspiring to work and continue to build my loyalty with understanding MotoinVFX.

I appreciate his patience for working with what in essence, is a newbie to the field of video editing, designing templates, and so forth. MotionVFX is really a program that in my PERSONAL opinion is tailored for individuals who work in this field, and not as a layperson with next to zero training. HOWEVER, the crutch is the fine folks at MotionVFX continuing to develop and design programs so they can reach out to more and more individual such as myself that wish to design internet friendly content. That's where the growth is at with smartphone technology and laptop applications becoming widely available.

I have bought a few of their DaVinci products and love them. I recently had an issue with one of the film titles and they were quick to respond and helped me to fix the issues asap. Great customer service and highly recommend their products!

I have been using MotionVFX for a couple of years now, primarily for corporate clients where quality and style are important. The plugins are perfect, they install, update and uninstall easily if you've got way too much going on.

They just work.

Secondly, the customer service is exactly what you'd need when you need it. I have no complaints only glowing reviews to offer... I'm in the middle of using m02 for the first time — it's awesome.

I mainly shoot and although I can create animations to have these at my finger tips is a massive time saver.

Not only their products are great, but also developers are very helpful.
One of their templates didn't work on my New M1 Max macbook pro, and they quickly created new templates just for me.

I use lots of Motion VFX products with FC to help make me look a far better editor than I really am and to wow my clients. Generally everything works well although backward compatibility can be a bit of a PIA. That's the issue I had yesterday afternoon with 2 new Templates that installed ok but didn't work properly. I left a message in chat and this morning heard back from Jakub. A well explained easy to use solution that fixed it all in a jiffy. Very pleased with the support. He is a dude and I can get back to doing what I do best. Looking like a genius editor!

I love MotionVFX plugins! Even tho they might seem quite expensive, they are so beautifully made and worth the price. Very detailed, customizable, easy to use and update through their app. I never had any issues with the plugins. When they stop working for some reason I went to mInstaller and updated the plugin. Simple as that. They provide a few free plugins that are definitely worth downloading. I'm using so many of them in almost every project I have! Not many people know that they produce templates as well. I'm very satisfied with their products! Available for Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
