Jason is the man!

Jason went far out of his way to make the effects/titles work he showed me ways to optimize them for the best possible results. Really a gifted and patient teacher. I appreciate everything my friend and I will be using some of those ideas in my future edits!

I've been using FCPX for a couple of years and was looking for a way to create something new, visually. I was lucky to find MotionVFX's suite of plugins which not only look great but also save filmmakers a lot of time during the edit. I spoke to one of their customer support team members, Jason, while I was in the process of placing an order for a couple of their bundles. He helped me with my question AND even jumped on a Zoom call with me to make sure everything with my order went well. While on the Zoom call he also helped me optimize some of my FCPX settings such that my libraries were not taking up so much space on my hard drive (this was something I didn't ask for but he offered to do just because he wanted to help). I can't wait to start using my new plugins. If their quality is anything like the company's customer service, it's going to be a great experience. Thanks MotionVFX and Jason!

I was in the process of searching my scalp for hair follicles to pull out when I was blessed to connect with Jason. I yet have hair follicles! Jason was beyond knowledgeable regarding my needed assistance. Above and beyond! Even made suggestions that will help me in the near future. In short: Fantastic customer care.

I have worked within the customer service industry most of my life and I can definately tell good experience from bad.
Jason guided me through not only the product I was interested in but also provided me with a lot of various tips & tricks that had nothing to do with the product itself but several direct tips on what I could improve or/and be inspired using inside Final Cut Pro & Motion. This is exactly what I am talking about when I say good customer service experience because these small details matters. Because when I will purchase my very first product today then I will not only buy the product but also the experience and knowledge that came with it.

I usually only leave reviews when I am either extremely dissapointed or impressed and here I have fortunately been inspired for the right reasons, because I can definately only leave positive words. Talking with Jason was like talking to distant family member that you havent seen for couple of years - It was a genuine and personal service that most importantly did not make me feel like I am being pushed through some automated customer service and solutions where you feel you just need to get pushed through to either buy the product or to stop asking questions. Ironically I started in the end to feel bad of taking Jasons time, and keep in mind that I had not purchased a product yet! This is investment - I love it!

Good job Jason, epic ;)

Adding to the pile of 5 Star Reviews here, MotionVFX is THE best company for FCP Plugins, period.

And that's across the board - 5 Stars for:

Ease of Use
Breadth of Ideas

After Apple's launch of the M1 Macs, they immediately launched into updating their plugins, which is also much appreciated (although as of this review, I'm still waiting for mZoom, haha).

Also, their Customer Service should really be pointed out as extra stellar in the Plugin community, as they definitely are:)

To the person who reviewed here and wrote "shady business practices", that is laughable and just seems like a hater trolling. They are the exact opposite of "shady business practices". Been using them for years on almost ever edit we've ever done.

So I was having trouble figuring out how to make mTracker 3d work. I sent an email asking for help and Jason contacted me from MotionVFX. Jason asked if I could hop on a zoom call and bam, he was helping me just like that. Jason spent A TON of time with me on the zoom call and helped me figure everything out. Such a killer customer service experience. MotionVFX is my go-to now for Plug-In's. THANK YOU JASON!

Best Customer Service Ever!

I had a compatibility issue with an install, and reached out via email to get support. Of course, I expected a generic, cookie-cutter chain email response, but was pleasantly surprised to get a FaceTime call an hour or two later from Jason McNamara, who went above and beyond in helping me sort out my problem. Service like this goes a long way with me, and so long as MotionVFX is utilizing wonderful people like Jason, they've made a customer for life out of me. Any of you who get help from Jason are better off for it! He's a real gem!

Excellent Products and customer support

I have been using MotionVFX since it started and the products and customer service has not changed, 5 stars then and now

Great customer service!

I had been editing an Fcpx project on a used 2016 mac book air, and it got to the point where I couldn't render or export anything because the project was getting too large. So I decided it was time I upgraded and got a new Macbook pro with one of those fancy M1 chips I keep hearing about. Little did I know that when I transferred my project to a new system, none of my clips were readable since I was using FX's that weren't M1 ready. I saw there was a workaround with Rosetta, but for some reason, it wasn't working. So it came time to reach out and ask for help, which, usually, I wouldn't say I like doing cause it feels like I'm speaking to an empty void. When I do get a response, it's met with apathy and a lot of blame games of other programs and developers, and you're just kind of left to fend for yourself. Not with MotionVFX. I got help immediately! As soon as it got to the point where I needed one-on-one support, they set up a zoom call, and they walked me through step by step on how to fix the problem. I was even shown how to organize my projects so I could get more hard drive space. They were great teachers as well as helpers!

Great products... AMAZING support!

The products themselves have done nothing short of transform the way my company is doing business, giving us a whole new (third!) dimension in our videos. But maybe just important is the customer support I've received, notably from Jason. Not only did he get my issues resolved (and, as it turns out, the issues weren't with the software, but with how my machine was running), he did so at 2:30a EDT. I can't think of another company who'd do this. Thank you, Jason, and CHEERS!, Motion VFX!

Motion VFX plugins are outstanding. They're very simple to use and have saved me hundreds of hours of manually animating titles. They're modern and creative and add a huge amount of value to any project. Their after-sales and trouble-shooting customer service is amazing. I'm especially happy that they're not as US centric as many other software providers - they have a very capable European helpdesk (thank you Jakub!) that operates on our timezones so you don't have to wait overnight for a reply. Keep up the great work!

What a very pleasant surprise in dealing with MotionVFX support. Jason went beyond just answering my questions by actually showing me how the software could accomplish what I wanted. I am using motionvfx for more than a year and they never failed me once with their great quality plugins, templates that I use and rich quality support. Today, I had excellent experience with technical support from motionvfx. I look forward for their new products as they are always 5 stars and meet everyone needs from youtuber to filmmaker.
