I ordered an item and received a notice that the item was delivered. Upon checking all over my house /yard it wasn't located. I contacted customer service and relayed my dilemma. I was emailed back the next day and assured that the item was accidentally marked delivered, that my item was still en route. She followed up a few days later. Very good customer service.

I am not a patient person, re: computers. Do NOT even have one at home, for this reason. M. S. Is soooooooooooo easy, even for someone like me. Customer service is impeccable! Unfortunately, my item arrived cracked because there was no protective packing. I contacted customer service and they requested pics. Upon receiving the pics, they offered a choice between a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement and they said it's on the way. Good deal overall and good support if you experience an issue. My advice to them is to package items better.

I received my order with box crushed and product damaged, I sent email and was offered a new product or refund, I wanted the product. Taylor happily replied it was in they mail and she apologized. That's great service.

Have ordered many products from them, are as advertised and they arrived quickly with no problem. One order was shown delivered, but was not here. Contacted them and they answered me quickly, checked on it and got back to me. I checked the post office and they showed it scanned at our house and delivered. Contacted Morningsave, again and told them and they called the order stolen. They offered me a refund or replacement and I chose replacement and have been advised, by them, it is being shipped again to me. This all in a matter of days. Can't go wrong by buying from them.

We ordered 4 items all except 1 were as promised. We had an issue with1 item and Taylor at MorningSave got back to us immediately and was very proactive to get the issue fixed.

I ordered 2-Pack: Italian Collection Luxury Gel Pillows, and I cannot tell you how wonderful these things are! Better than "My Pillow" which I gave away! These are FABULOUS!

I was up late browsing my Morning Save and didn't realize I had already bought one of these 10 mins before I know I had been lookin at it and thought I just couldn't make up my mind I emailed them when the second one was at my front door They said Write Return and send it back after letting me know I did order it because I was saying I didn't Not lying I really didn't think I purchased a second one Just to let y'all know it's been here for 3-4 weeks and has not even been used or even tried lol But thanks very much to MS for lettin me send that back

Do not order anything from this company. There is no way of contacting them if you are not satisfied with your purchase except by email. I asked for a return form & was told there are no returns on the product that I ordered. Now they won't answer my second email so I have no recourse and am out $60 for something I can even use. I don't think national television shows or anyone should be using them as advertisers

I ordered a $30 dental appliance and received a $9 key chain. Wrote to customer service (no phone number) and two days later they wrote back asking for proof. Sent photos of envelope and item that I saved thankfully, then crickets! Total scam
This company signed me up for a membership that I cannot get out of! They have no phone support, and the one-click cancel is a dead link. I'm a senior with cancer, so I don't need this stress. Shame on this company!
