We purchased a Copper Pro Smokeless Indoor Electric Grill from Morning Save. When it arrived one of the handles was unattached. The screws had become loose and one had completely fallen out. Both screws holding the handle were stripped out. I contacted Morning Save and representative Teighlor immediately began working with us to correct the problem. She sent a new grill to replace the one with the faulty handle. Morning Save not only has quality products on a user friendly website at hugely discounted prices with quick secure shipping, they have excellent customer service. We hope they're around a very long time. Morning Save takes the guess work out of shopping made easy. Thank you Morning Save and especially, Thank you, Teighlor!

I have received a lot of items from "Morning Save" and so far only 1 hiccup and that was the bars with the zippers. The zippers didn't stay zipped. Other than that, I am really happy with all the other items I have received, magnetic eyelashes, bee pollen face cream, hair dryer/styler.and they refunded my $$ for the bras, great company

Had to order another pair of earbuds because the first set was defective. Bottom kept popping off and lost sound in one. That being said the customer service would get a 5 star. Taylor took care of problem and in a timely manner.

I ordered 3 sets of airbuds. One of them had a malfunction on the on/off button. I emailed Morning Save & Taylor responded back to me very quickly. She was understanding about the situation and offered a replacement or refund. I love the earbuds so chose the replacement. She got the new order in right away and they should be shipped soon. She was a great help & thank you so much!

I recently purchased a purse with a built in phone charger for my mom. I was a little nervous when I purchased it because I hadn't heard of morningsave before. I saw the offer during a TV show so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. Unbeknownst to us, my mom was using the purse charger incorrectly. We thought it was defective. I was unhappy to find that there was no phone number to call morningsave so I emailed, hoping for a response. I received one very quickly! Customer service was wonderful. They asked me to send a picture of how my mom was attaching the phone. After I sent it to them, they sent a picture back showing the correct way to do it, along with instructions. I was so impressed with the level of customer service and friendliness that I received. My mom did what they said to do and the purse works great. She has been traveling and using it the whole time and loves it. I was very pleased with the purchase and with customer service. I would definitely use morningsave again.

I have yet to receive any of the products that I have ordered, simply because it isn't time yet. My review is about the quick response I received from Brittany at Morning Save when I had a question on cancelling an order. I was replied to immediately and although I wasn't able to cancel due to my order already being shipped, it was a breath of fresh air to know that Morning Save and it's team really does care about their customers. I decided to keep the product in question as well as order another type of the product and I am very glad that I did. Not only will one person be happily surprised at receiving a gift, but now I can surprise two people and Morning Save is a large part of being able to do that. Thank you so much for such a devoted and caring team Morning Save.

I gave a 5 star, although I never received my product, because my issue was from my postal service here in Georgia. The postal service marked my product as delivered, but I never received it. So I went to the post office to see was my package delivered there instead of my mail box, but they were no help at all. The supervisor there didnt care and never tried to fix the problem. Long story short, after almost two weeks of no response from the post office I reached out to Morning Save and they replied in mintues about my issue and issued me a refund. I really didnt want my money back I just wanted what I had ordered. But I gladly appreciate Morning Save for trying to fix the situation so prompt. I will be ordering from them again with the refund that was sent back. Thank again.

I was pleasantly pleased to have had a quick response to an order I had purchased but not received.
I have purchased numerous items and all were extremely well received. The one item I referred to had said delivered but I didn't receive. Once I notified them, a replacement was sent out immediately. They are competent and thorough.

I made my first purchase from Morningsave and can't be happier. I purchased a Shark cordless vacuum and absolutely love the product. It is great and I bought it at an amazing price. Then to make it better I saw it at a lower price on Morningsave and they gave me a credit for the difference in price. That is what a great company does. I will be purchasing more items from them. Excellent product and service. I had an issue ordering multiples and the staff response was wonderful and quick. Kudos! I ordered the Shark Ion vacuum and absolutely love it. My mother was so impressed she also ordered the Shark Ion vacuum too... All your products I've ordered are top quality and haven't had any returns. Love the site and do use it. Only thing I wish would be free shipping and faster processing/shipping. Took a little over a week but not everyone is Amazon and has the staffing for that so I understand and am not complaining. :) But if I had a wish - that would be free shipping esp with multiple orders. I don't want to pay the $4.99 a month fee as my purchasing isn't always monthly. Highly recommend the Shark... my house has never felt cleaner. Amazing little thing gets a lot of dust and dirt. Thanks for having the savings site... I'm hooked.

My credit card was being charged a monthly fee from Morning Save. I had no idea what it was for as I was not receiving any merchandise on a regular basis. I emailed Morning Save and got a response the next day. Taylor told me that I had signed up for a postal fee back when I had ordered Christmas gifts. I did not remember doing this, but she was nice enough to stop the fees and credit the current month. This really helped me, and I appreciated her efforts. DRB
