Taylor was very helpful in giving me a refund, In fact since I have been purchasing items from Morningsave.com I have no problems with returns just need to following instructions by stating the problem that you had with the merchandise and make sure that you return it before the 90 days or how many days they a requesting you to return the item back, you must send a text message and get an authorization number before sending it back. So far I like every thing that I'have purchased. I would recommend Morningsave to any one.

I bought some earbuds and they ended up being defective. Unfortunate but morningsave.com has great customer service and they sent a replacement.

I purchased a smart watch which was defective. I emailed as to what to do. They checked and found it was sold out so they gave me a credit. They were fair and I appreciate that. I also purchased a battery backup keychain and it works great! I will shop here again. Great selection and prices.

The Talk had a segment that showed highly recommended products at a discounted price for the holidays. The product I bought was late for delivery AND it's damaged. OOK, I know that happens. However, I'm having trouble with MorningSave.com helping me with return process. I contacted them via email within 21 days of purchase. I shouldn't have to keep a product that isn't 100% satisfactory.
This seller, is so kind hearted. I had an out of the box mishap and my purchase broke. Thank you for your generosity! I didn't make the same mistake with my other purchase!

I love to shop MorningSave, i get excited to see what they have to offer everyday, i am always pleased with my purchase, the one time i had a problem i thought oh no now i am going to deal with this and it's never easy with other sites but Morningsave was quick to respond, gave me options of what i wanted to do and in the end it was just a joy corresponding with them, and they seemed genuinely interested on how they could help me and that alone is a HUGE bonus, i do a lot of online shopping and by far Morningsave is one of my very fave sites to shop on...

After receiving the smart watch I could not get it connected to my iPhone. Taylor tried to assist me but after a couple of tries, she decided the watch was defective, refunded my card but did not require me to repackage and return the watch. Morning Star's customer service e-mail response is great. They gave me my RMA# and I was able to return the product. I had not received the refund and contacted them regarding the issue. They immediately responded and were able to solve the issue. Thank you morning star!
