Great air cleaner for the price

Purchased PureZone 3-in-1 True Hepa Air Purifier for a great price. Keep it by the door to purify air as people enter, love the UV light feature to kill viruses as well. A Great value!

I had a problem with the color of a quilt I ordered. Megan took a look at photos and quickly fixed the issue, above my expectations. She was very nice and so willing to help, in a very short time span. I have been so pleased with everything I have purchased from Morningsave. Megan was excellent!

Great customer service

I've order many products and have only been a member for about 2 months. I've only had 1 issue which was my fault. My phone froze and accidentally ordered 2 marc newyork hoodies sweaters. (Which are amazing) Jonathan (Mercatalyst) was very friendly and professional. I thought the sweater went missing after I sent it back with my mail carrier. But I was able to get my money refunded. So pleased with everything so far and no complaints.

Friendly Customer Service

I just wanted to let you know, that even though it took a couple of weeks to get a response, perhaps technology or COVID19, I was finally able to get an answer and refund to the product I had not received. Megan was a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable person. Out if 4 purchases one didn't make it and they had no problem issuing a refund.

Everything I've received from you I have loved. When I received the last item it didn't work. When I notified customer service they immediately refunded my money and told me there was no need to return item. Now that's great service! I would recommend MorningSave to everyone!

Superb customer service

I had issues placing my order with the app, if this happens, just go online and log in, and submitted a help request. Sean got right back with me the next day! Nice to know they do actually care about their customers!

Been shopping here for many years never had an issue with any of the products up until this point. I contacted customer service and they were very quick and decisive with her decisions on refunding the purchase price. The best thing about it is I did not have to return the product so I did not have to hassle with going to the post office and repackaging everything. Jackie you were amazing thank you for your quick response to my needs.
Thank you for all your great products. As a guy I would like to see more guys stuff on your website you guys always have quality products glad to be a customer of morning save thank you

Great customer service

As a former business owner, I knew that when there are multiple places to acquire a service or product, customer service is the primary difference maker. I have to say that in this regard, Morning Save has exceeded my expectations. My shipment was lost so I emailed my situation and quickly got a response with an apology with no push back. I received an immediate credit for the order. Shortly afterwards, I received my product from a neighbor on a different street who had received my order. I advised Morning Save that I had the product and that they could charge my credit card. I was told to keep the product to compensate for my inconvenience. That doesn't happen very often in today's business world. I truly appreciate that gesture and I will show my support for them with my future business.

Great Customer Support!

I've been doing business with Morning Save for appx. 8 months now. On the few occasions I had to communicate with their customer support team, they have always been very friendly and done their best to help resolve any problems of which I may of had with any of their products. They responded quickly and answered any questions I may of had, very pleased with the customer support that I recieved. A couple of days ago I happened to have a small problem with an item I purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. Upon going to their support to let them know of the issue we were having, they have a couple of dropdown menus to choose what you are contacting them about, this time one of the dropdown choices for reason I was contacting them, stated that I may be a customer that was trying to contact them because, I was, "RED HOT CHILI POPPING MAD!" When I read that, it made me laugh so hard, it was a Great Stress Reliever. Anyway, it changed the way I had been feeling all day, and I felt much lighter, so Thanks!, Morning Save!
