I received great customer service and a full refund with an issue that I had with an order. The only complaint I have is the emails went to my junk mail.

Through no fault of this company or Morning Save the Post Office was a bit rough with my order so it arrived damaged. They also unfortunately were out of the product but gave me a prompt refund. They were prompt and courteous in all responses. Maybe I will get to try it later! Thank you for all your help.

I am a first time user and I am having the worst experience. I placed an order in April and I was told I would get it by May 4th and have not seen my order yet. I have sent emails and keep getting a different response date. This was suppose to a Mother's day gift for my Mother and it looks as if this is not going to happen. I just simply want my package more than anything or my money back. I cannot get a living person to contact me and that is not good customer service especially for someone who is trying you out gir the first time!

This was my third purchase and certainly will be my last. I had purchased 2-Pack: My Fit "One Size Fits Always" Denim Jeans in size 14-20. I am a size 14. The jeans did not fit at all, were very poorly made. I requested a return on 4/30/20 and received a generic reply that they would respond to my request in 3 business days. On the third business day, I sent a request for return again and received the following response from Marco@ Morning Save:
"Hello,
As stated on the product page, we are unable to accept returns of this item due to sizing."
So, let me get this straight, the jeans that were marketed as one size fits always and they do not fit and they won't accept a return. That is a scam, ripoff, fraud, theft. Avoid Morning Save. Unscrupulous business tactics.
Jackie was very responsive to my situation and was quick with her responses.

Megan was very helpful with an issue (product spilled out all over my mail and the mailman's) this is not a normal issue but Megan was very kind to help and either give me a refund or more product. I really wanted the product (hard to find) so that is what she made happen... fingers crossed it makes it this time... Easy-Peezy! Thank you

I received a product ordered that didn't work with my TV. I asked for a refund and there was no problems. They even told me not to send the product back, they would just refund me back on my credit card. Their response was very quick also. Thank you for showing fantastic customer service!
