I ordered two items on May 05,2020. It is now May 23,2020, and I have yet to receive. I have tracked progress through the USPS, and the items are allegedly on the way. I cannot believe it has taken soooooooo long for the items to arrive. It's not like the company is shipping items that are extremely bulky or heavy so there is absolutely no reason why it should take over at minimum so far 18 days for an item to travel from Carrollton, TX to Phoenix, AZ or anywhere for that matter. I will post another review once I have used the items... IF I ever receive!
I had purchased the tv headphones for my parents but they were not compatible with their tv
I had ask to get a return posted paid slip and the company not only refunded my purchase they said no need to return so I will keep them for us when we are hard of hearing thanks recommend morning save to anyone cb in phx
I received my product in and it wasn't exactly what I was expecting but Taylor addressed all my concerns in a very prompt manner.

I placed an order from Trendy at Wendy for an Air Fryer on May 5th I still have not received the product. The product took 15 days to process now it is stitting at a location in NJ, No on has any info and Morningsave reports someone follow up within 7 business days online. This is the worst experience I have had ordering a product online. I would not suggest ordering anything from Morningsave. I will also report this experience to all that advertise this products or service.
Taylor is an exceptional customer support agent at MorningSave. I had and issue with an item I recently purchased and Taylor resolved the problem to my extreme satisfaction! With this level of service, I'll continue to purchase from MorningSave.

Bought the Air2 ear buds. They wouldn't stay connected and 2nd day one broke. Sent an email on 5/13 requesting a refund and haven't received a response! Very disappointed in morning save customer service.
I have been waiting over 10 days for anyone to respond to me. No phone number just an email and with an excuse that it will take up to 6 days to get back to me due to the Corona Virus! Really! Is there business not internet based?
Totally unacceptable
I ordered 4 sets of wireless headphones. After about a week, one set stopped working and about a month after that, 2 more sets each had one side that wouldn't charge. I contacted customer service and was working with Taylor on resolving the issue. We tried a few things with, unfortunately, no luck. Taylor stayed on top of all communication and did not hesitate to refund when I mentioned that was what I wanted. I appreciate a company where customer service actually listens to it's customer.

I have ordered from Morning SAVE for a few year's. Love everything I buy. And I buy OFTEN for myself, my Daughter and Son in law, Sister, friends, especially at holidays. Every order gets to IT'S shipping address on time or before. I am a member so I only have to keep my membership current and all my orders. I have had a few issue's with some items damaged, but I do order a lot. It's expected every so often. All I need to do is contact the customer service department and they alleviate the issue quickly and that puts my mind at ease. Megan is in the customer service department and is absolutely the sweetest, most caring and helpful CSR I promise I have DEALT with. Believe me over the years ( I'm going to be 64 May 20th) I have had to deal with ALLOT of CSR'S in my lifetime, not all were NICE. MORNING SAVE has never in 5 YEAR'S been rude or rushed me with my explanation ever! They reslove it quickly. Even during the times we find out selves in they are Super GREAT! Thank you Morning Save for hiring Such Great employees such as Megan! I will never stop shopping on your site and absolutely brag to all my friend's and family, even to people that complement me on SOMETHING I wear, or carry. I saw You have to go to www.morningsave.com, but don't get mad at me if you get happily hooked like I am.

I have bought several items and have been very pleased. I am very shocked and disappoint with the nonworking charged pads. I did leave a text about them and never received a response. Therefore, I have decided to write this review in hopes that I will receive a response since there is no contact number. Could you please tell me your policy and procedures for defective items. I would appreciate getting a resolution.

I receiver a pair of ear pods and one ear pod just didn't work no matter what I did to wake it up. So I reached out to Morning Save and because of the pandemic they were long in responding to my requests for either help or return. I finally got Taylor Mercatalyst who first suggested something I'd already done to correct the problem, which didn't work. So, Taylor got back to me a day later apologizing and refunded my purchase. No more questions asked! I like quick friendly service. They came through... just a bit slow on my first 3 requests.

I had an issue with one of the items I ordered but they insisted that I keep the item and they refunded my money. Although I hate that the product did not work for me, their prompt response will definitely not reflect my ordering in the future! Everything else I ordered was exactly as described!

I ordered two jars of cashews. When I received the order I got two jars of mixed nuts. I contacted Customer Service and they responded quickly and favorably, even though this was during the pandemic. I understood what happened since this was during the pandemic and they were inundated with the orders during this trying time. I have ordered from here before, always with great results, and now have learned that their Customer Service is excellent. I would definitely order from them again.

The product I received was not the best. Must have been a default. I have ordered other items from this website with no issues. I gave a star for the customer service. They were great! Very understanding and responded to my concerns fairly quickly. One default item will not stop us from ordering in the future especially when they have awsome customer service that don't put up a fight when a customer is not satisfied with the product.
