Initial impression of potted roses was favourable: one rose fully out, several in bud. Unfortunately the buds never came out & wilted. The leaves also withered.
On closer inspection the outer long container contained 2 small pots, of the sort that can be bought at any supermarket for a couple of pounds. I shudder to think of the cost, as no doubt it looked impressive in the advert. Would not recommend Moonpig for flowers as not the 1st disappointment. Difficult to tell one's daughter that her carefully chosen gift was rubbish.
After an awful year my son in Australia surprised me with a bouquet of flowers for mother's day. I put them straight in the bin. They had eggs and beetles on the green foliage. Brown roses. And slime where the other flowers hat rotted. I cried!
Moonpig is fine if you are not depending on them 100% as I have now over two week ordered two lots of gifts from them and have both times been let down,
I think the work load for them seems to be pretty much overload and to get back in touch with them is not the easiest thing to do, i would suggest of you can find another site then maybe use this than moonpig until they get their act together, i have suffered bad flowers for valentines day which was a disaster and missing part of a birthday present which arrived three days later,
I ordered my card A week and a half ago and I still haven't received anything through my post I am so disappointed with Moon pig and I would not be ordering from them again it cost me a fortune for cards they are quick enough to take the money but very slow for sending out your goods I have been trying to get in touch with them by online services and by telephone and they do not answer so please be aware everyone do not order from Moon pig they do give Bad services out
So disappointed and upset, I ordered a card and cake mix for my daughter's birthday as we can't be together due to lockdown, I ordered it in plenty of time 6 days ahead and it didn't arrive for her Birthday. They don't care, terrible customer service, they truly let me down. So if you want to send something for a special occasion, don't use these, they're useless!
Ordered a delivery on 29th Jan for 13th February. Email arrived appearing to state delivery would be on 30th January. Tried to phone to clarify but phones weren't being answered. Emailed them and was told there was nothing they could do and it had to be sent immediately. Sent screenshot showing card was still in print but told they still had to send it immediately anyway!

Absolutely despicable. I ordered six hampers on 3rd December (to be delivered in time for Christmas) and none of them arrived. I am absolutely staggered at the response from Moonpig representatives, who were disinterested, unprofessional and unapologetic. I am bitterly disappointed...
Extremal unsatisfied with this purchase, considering the price. Do not seem to have bloomed received this product on the 31/12/20.
I spent £90 and they totally messed up send the stuff to my misses but with a different name on the stuff the free gifts never came and they didn't care
I have not been with Moonpig long and am not familiar with the system 100& by any means, if i made a mistake by not selecting the corrct box then it was a genuine error.and i am sure others have done the same, i am 85 and unable to get out, however the operative i dealt with was having none of it, i would have thought as a gesture of good will she would have made the effort to please a customer at minimum cost to Moopig, but no assistance was going to come from her.
The email received back was cold, no warmth, as a customer service operative i would have assumed it was important to have staff who are concerned for customers, my rating if it was possible would be minus 1
I placed an order on 15th December to be delivered on the 17th. This was never received. Apparently my order was lost in transit and I was never notified. Yet they were obviously aware no attempted delivery had been made or confirmed. I chased this up repeatedly and was then told another order could not be sent and would not arrive before Christmas. I am self isolating, meaning I am unable to go out and buy a replacement card and now my loved ones have no Christmas card. I think it's disgusting and having used Moonpig for many years I'm not sure I'll be doing so in the future. What a disappointing service at the most important time of the year.
Dreadful - I have only rated 1 star because I can't rate 0 stars! They took my order, delivered very late when it was no longer of use and then refused to refund. This type of service must be stopped big companies taking advantage of the average person. Avoid at all costs!
Stole my money scammed me out of 7 quid for my nephews birthday card never arrived apparently posted first class Monday and still no card! Will never ever use this cowboy company again GET OFF MY TV!
I have been a customer for years, back when you could pre-pay balance then just order cards as needed. Over the years things have changed, you can no longer do pre pay etc, which is fair enough. However the final straw was when I wanted to change ISP and so need to change my email address. No. Cant be done. Basic gdpr request to update my details, nope. Will happily delete my account ( oh yeah they want me to lose that prepay balance). Suggested I set up a new account under new email. Then I will have to add all the names and addresses and birthday reminders again. If I am having to do that, it will be with a different company, one which allows my email address to be updated when I next change ISP. Bitterly dissapointed in this awful customer service experience. I will be using up my prepay balance and leaving
Very poor customer care. I waited over a week for card to be delivered. Having emailed them I was advised that it must have been 'lost in transit'. I asked it could they could try sending again as I have left some leeway. No response from customer case. They took my money in 2 secs. That is the only thing that they manage to do quickly
Do dont order anything from Moonpig, I ordered a card for my daughter 40th birthday on the 9th November 2020 first class Royal Mail delivery, today is the 17th November and the card has still not arrived. I've contacted Moonpig and they have ignored all my emails, request for a refund
My son very sweetly spent his own hard earned cash on some flowers from moonpig for my birthday and I feel so bad for him because they were just awful. They arrived with several buds having fallen off and I promptly put them in fresh water with flower food but the buds never opened and all have just wilted and died. As a result I will NEVER order flowers from moonpig and would not recommend anyone else waste their money on these either.
Shocking online customer service for what was a simple request within less than an hour of making my order. Refused to cancel an item or change the delivery date And charged me £8 shipping. I asked to make a complaint and they kept fobbing me off and then They left the chat. Their website is rubbish and won't be ordering from again. I really hope my colleague gets her correct leaving gift on time and In one piece. Bunch of muppets :(
If i could give 0 I would. Card was meant to be delivery in 1 day. 4 days later its still not here ruining my dads 60th. I tried to speak to their team about this and they were incredibly unhelpful and rude to me. They kept throwing links at me that only supported what I was saying about it being late and then disconnected the chat refusing to help. Moonpig has seriously gone down. You cannot run a successful business like this. I will never be using them again. Customer service is the heart of a business and these people have none. Don't expect value or respect if you have any queries, once they have your money thats it.
I ordered a card and a bonsai tree for my niece, she was sent a huge bar of chocolate instead and my last two emails have not been replied to.
Not happy, won't use again even though I must spend 150 per year with them.
