Never using again
Ordered 2 Christmas cards and a box of bracelets with mummy written on them a week ago. The estimate delivery is 22nd of December. We received the parcel which was good but opened it to find the only one card turned up and a box. Inside the box was a pair of boring earrings. Nothing like what I ordered. So no Christmas gift from our daughter. The second card has not turned up which says to my wife. First Christmas together being married. Will use a different company in future. What a let down
The letterbox roses sent were already dying. By the next day the red ones were wilted and dead.

Rubbish they send cards without envolopes if you don't tick their silly boxes instructions fuming customer services never helped me either with this problem could have sent me some arrrrrrh
I would put 0 stars. Arrived late for birthday, son beside himself thinking I don't care. Could not phone as number not in use and can't phone moonpig. Eventually managed to find live chat, £3.14 refund on nearly £40 order. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
I've been looking in their site for 20 minutes now and the choice of cards is terrible. Even worse, many are about outdated subjects or celebrities. To get any discount they force you to use their app which is not the greatest way to view cards - why can't I get the same benefits on the website?

I ordered from Moonpig in good faith of receiving a card in time for a celebration. It was ordered in time for it to be delivered before the event. Yes, you guessed right, it never arrived! I reported this to Moonpig who said it must have been lost in the post. Oh, they will send another. Sadly for me, this will not arrive in time. This card, which should have been the simplest of tasks has now created a big problem. I am now frantically trying to find a card that I must now try and adapt. So much for saving me time and money! This is the third time (out of four orders) that my card has not arrived. The chances of getting a card delivered on time or at all is slim!
Ordered a card on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery, now Sunday and still no card. Customer service next to useless
After purchasing flowers my wife on our anniversary I was disgusted with the quality and the quantity ( unlike the illustration) also the flower heads were falling off " I will certainly not be purchasing from moon pig again and could have bought far better quality from local florists who offer free delivery "
I thought I'd give moon pig another chance not to fail, but guess what they did again fail. Will never use them again as they don't deliver even though you pay the extra on post.
The cards are for my 12-year-old nieces Birthday which is this Friday. I paid to have them delivered today. Still haven't been dispatched. Atrocious company. More than likely won't arrive until after the fact. They're blaming the pandemic for this. This is odd as every other company seems to be able to dispatch orders quickly when you pay for next day delivery. Quick enough to take money which again is odd since most companies don't take cash until near the time of dispatch. What is it they got one bloke with one printer working in his mothers home or something? Not good enough. Just wished I read some reviews before ordering from this site. I will never order from them again. I just got to hope it comes before a little girl thinks her Uncle and Aunt has forgotten her Birthday.
We bought flowers arrived in a wilting state so we complained sent photos of our concern, they sent another bunch, that second bunch was even worse badly rotting, wilting, and yet box was intact. See photo

Flowers arrived a day late. Several broken stems and very dehydrated. Really not worth the cost.
Did pick up a little when put in water
I received flowers today for my birthday very disappointed for my niece who sent them heads fell off or were missing, roses on their last legs packaged all wrong just in damp. Paper then in a pink box to be honest the box was the best part
Shocking delivery of flowers that were dead on arrival and made the house smell because they are mouldy. I personally wouldn't buy flowers from moonpig because of this. They are very expensive and very disappointing for the recipients. Customer service is shocking too. Don't waste your money!
Delivered dying flowers to me on Monther's Day and then a lady called Lara refused me a refund because it's been over 5 days. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so I waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. Lara refused to do anything and just sent me a link off the internet. I'm so frustrated that I didn't even get a replacement bunch out. Moonpig really needs to get a better-trained customer service team.
