This ring is beautiful. It's a delicate style that looks lovely on my hand. The stones are the perfect size and I catch myself looking at it a lot because I love the colours. This is my second ring purchase from MM. They come in lovely boxes that keep them safe during shipping. I have not had to use their customer service for anything, so I can't speak to that. Shipping isn't super fast, but that's ok, and it isn't super expensive, either. It usually takes a couple of weeks or so, which isn't bad. I will definitely keep coming back. :)

My Daughter loved her Red ring.It goes perfectly with the other I got her a few months back.It is also red.very powerful and strikingly beautiful on her hand.

Got obsidian ring for myself, it's said to be the stone of protection and it looks even better in person! Shipping was quite fast although they said it may take up to 21 day. Love my new ring and will definitely buy a necklace to match

I've ordered on this site a few times now and have never had any problems. The shipping times can be a bit longer, but you can track your parcel all the way, so you know it's not lost. The customer care agents are also great - they respond swiftly and help in any way they can. On top of that, the jewellery itself is amazing and of great quality. I love that you always have the option of silver, gold AND rose gold, plus a vast variety of crystals. I highly recommend it.

The ring is beautiful and I've been wearing it for weeks and I'm still in awe of how much I love it. So far it's been a great for my everyday wear. Delivery took awhile but a nice price is worth the wait I just wish more updates regarding where it was at with the process.

This was my second experience with this company and I love their products and the care they put in selecting the beautiful stones to send you only excellent quality things. I have noted a marked improvement on this from the first time to my second time buying from them, the first time tho the closing mechanism on one of my loop earrings lasted no longer than 8 months and I ended up losing an earring. Hopefully the second time will last me longer because im absolutely in love with their styles of products

I got one of their new designs - Moonstone Skin Touch Ring - Feel the Truth and I LOVE it! What makes it really special is that the stone actually touches your skin, which was exactly what I was looking for. I spent a lot of time searching for a ring that not only looked beautiful but also allowed for that kind of connection with the stone. The design is stunning, and the quality is great. So happy with this piece!

The overall process is too slow, it took one month for my ring to get to me, when I got it unfortunately it was too big (which is my fault of course); I've send it back and after 1 month still I have no news of it getting to the factory. I selected an exchange and I still want my ring in the right size, but after this I will never order again, too slow for my taste.

The process was updated regularly, for when it eventually arrived in an Australia. The ring is perfect. It's rare for me to love a ring, but I love this ring. The proportions are perfect, it's not too small, or too big. It looks good quality. I love it, I get heaps of comments on it

I bought a ring with gems that moved inside. I liked the model a lot. It's just that the gems got stuck 1 to 1 on the sides without being able to be unlocked. I also found the ring a little expensive for what it was. So my first review was not very good but customer service had a very good reaction.

I ordered a few specific items and a mystery box. Beautiful. My only wish was that there was a list of what was in the mystery with descriptions. Everything is gorgeous, it's just hard to tell what I got and some of the items aren't on the website to compare to. Still giving 5 stars with how lovely everything was.

Invested in some jewellery just after Xmas as a treat for myself - had a fair few problems re exchange rate and late postage etc and spent weeks talking to an email AI (hate when companies do this). Anyway here we are in October and my expensive 'gold' jewellery have started to loose to gold colour I must add also that I only wear it now and then now all the time, not in water etc etc and it's going more of a grey/black colour which is very disappointing- of course they are now out of warrantee but how would genuine jewellery loose its colour? They offered me a 20% code but serious I may as well buy costume jewellery if I'm going to have it loose the colour. I really wish I'd never laid eyes on this company, I thought because they use crystals they were spiritual and would have good customer service but I really now think I've been had my clever marketing, I think the whole concept is a huge rip off and I'm gutted I spent 100's thinking I was getting quality - but lesson learned and I hope this review helps someone (I wish I'd seen a review like this before wasting my money).

I Am regular client, but in my last purchase i got and amazing opal ring and within a few months my gem got chiped. I wrote for my garantee and they sent me a new one in 15 days or so. Great experience costumer service, will definitly but again. Ps: boxing is very nice.
