I have bought a set of rings and a bracelet from Moon Magic. The items are gorgeous. I hade some issues with the set of rings (first photo). When I contacted the customer service, they were really helpful and asked me to replace the set with another beautiful set (second photo). They resolved my issue and handled my inquiries with care. To date, their customer service is one of the best services I ever had. I am very very pleased with their services and highly recommend their company Moon magic and their products.
The ring looks very pretty also from all the photos. But when I received my jewellery, a bit disappointed on the gems, the cut from the edges appeared rough, not the same in the picture. But overall still nice on my finger. And it took a while to reach me, for some shipment issues, Jana the customer service was very helpful.
Was not high quality as it appeared in the pictures Received on Friday requested return on Sat - they want to only give me 60% refund- Also dont order the wrapping.

Only one of the earrings shines. The necklace doesnt shine at all. Only the ring shines a little bit. Not the way I expected to but its definitley not worth the money we paid for.

I ordered a ring and I am very pleased with it, I loved it even more when I recieved it than in pictures. I selected an international shippment and the costumer service was very helpful. Will buy again!
If MOONMAGIC is really genuine- then I'm deeply sorry that someone in their team is STEALING and SWAPPING their genuine products for fake ones but I AM NOT going to allow myself to be CHEATED. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. This is all plastic- epoxy at its best. And the metal is RUSTY. How is this good vermile and how on earth are these gems. Most of all- HOW DID THIS COST ME 146 euros + 45 euros tax that's practically 200 euros for PLASTIC?!
I HAVE A NICKEL ALLERGY and you lot said you offer GENUINE PRODUCTS. So kindly let me SEE THEM.!

I've oredered a ring Moonstone, it doesn't got the blue shine that shown on pictures on their website, it also came unsymetrical but they do not care apparently by their customer support it doesn't called defective? I'm really sad about them not caring and misleading customers, don't be fooled by the low cost, do yourself a favor - pay more and get a proper ring or at least from a different brand.
I was dumb enough to purchase 2 rings from moon magic and not looking them up beforehand. It has now been a month since I purchased from them and I still have not received my order. I had been tracking my order since they sent me the tracking email. It never had any updated information on tracking it never changed and one day it said the tracking number said it no longer existed. I'm still going back and forth with moon magic trying to get a refund and they don't want to give it to me. During my month long waiting for the items I looked up reviews and listen to them. The stones fall out after a few days. The jewelry tarnished. The products are cheap. Customer service is a joke. Their "high 3nd jewelry " come in plastic bag rapping!. If it was expensive jewelry they wouldn't put their jewelry in plastic bags!. Listen to all this. Don't do what I did. Take your money and business elsewhere to reputable jewelry companies!. They just took my money and left me high and dry. Listen to me DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOON MAGIC

My boyfriend paid $100+ Just for my ring and then paid extra for express 2 day shipping! It has been 5 days and UPS tracking still "label created"! When I contacted UPS they said it was the senders error not theirs... I just want my ring at this point... if your not going to do business correctly you shouldn't have one. When someone pays you for 2/3 day shipping they expect to have it in 2-3 days! And not be met with generic emails that don't answer anything!

For months now I've had moon magic rings just sitting in their boxes, i have never wore them, and they have completely tarnished. They smell like bunch of coins. Don't make the same mistake as I did by purchasing from them.

They send me an exchange of new jewelries which I had to pay 20 dollars for shipping it back to them. They promised me no extra charges for shipping anything back to me. Still theres a huge taxes to pay around 70 dollar extra and I contact them around 15 times and they only apologize and there's nothing they can do. So I don't want the products anymore. They tell me I need to pay 97 dollars to ship it back to them! Basically more than the amount to pick them up. Seriously unbelievable! I'm still in contact with them nothing solved yet I'm so disappointed! Doesn't this company want to make it right for their customers?

We include all relevant documents/information to ensure that each parcel passes safely through customs but if a tax or duty fee applies, we are not responsible for it. Ordered a ring in March 2021 for my daughters birthday in April and the stone fell out within two weeks of wearing it. The birthstone with diamonds within the first two weeks the birthstone fell off of the setting. Asked for a replacement and they said no I would have to pay 50% of the replacement price and the warranty is only one month very poor quality of jewelry don't buy it

I really wanted to like Moon Magic. Their rings, while looking appealing from the start, actually cause more heartache and frustration. My boyfriend got me my first ring from this company about a year ago as a Christmas present. Within two months, the gems on the sides were falling off and the rose gold color had muddied into this horrible color. It wasn't until the summer of 2020 that we noticed the ring had actually warped and bent! I never reached out to the company because my boyfriend had said he would order a new one, which was granted, mistake number two aside from ordering from this site at all. Come Valentine's Day 2021, he gets me one of their stacking rings that came out along with the box. Within the month the arc stacking ring broke. The gem had fallen out entirely! Not even a month into wearing this ring. So my boyfriend said he would reach out to see what he could do. A month or so passes and I decide to take matters into my own hands and I contact the company. Not only did I feel absolutely humiliated by the person "helping me" I was accused of being rough and purposefully damaging the ring. They then said the only option they could give me was half off of a new ring. At this point, this is two rings broken. Not only am I frustrated that I feel like I was getting no where with the individual I was speaking with, I also felt like I was being made fun of for my pieces breaking. I don't wear my rings to bed, I clean them, I'm as gentle with them as any other person and to be accused of basically breaking my ring cause I was too rough really upset me. Mind you I have another ring from a different company that's lasted about a year now with the same gentle wear as the other rings. A few days later I receive a "rate your conversation" email, and I decide to fill it out giving them a one, etc. I go to submit it and it sends me to a page stating I already submitted one! I didn't, so I reached out again only to be playing the same song and dance from the first round of emails, all because this happened "one month after purchase." You would think a company would care about their customers and their products more than a month after but they really like to use that excuse. Do yourself a favor and order from another company. They'll constantly try to sell you new rings at a discount and refuse to refund you. One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

Moonstone fell out after 4 months but they only have a months warranty. For the price 4 months is just not good enough. AVOID.
They have deleted my negative review on both their Facebook and Instagram rather than reply so I think this says a lot about this company's ethos.

For some reason it's super hard to find gemstone jewelry that isn't outdated and moon magic is exactly what I've been looking for! The designs are stunning and the customer service is above and beyond. The quality is also 10/10, if you follow their care tips the jewelry stays sparkling even with everyday wear.

Perfect example of great boast little roast. I fell for their 7-14 days international delivery scam and ended up ordering one.it was supposed to be for a function. Its been 1 month, my parcel hasnt arrived. The courier service is telling to contact the seller. But moonmagic is saying they can't do anything about it nor will they cancel it and i should just sit and wait. I can only imagine what will happen if the product somehow arrives and is faulty or smthn, which is very likely after I've seen so many bad reviews on other sites. Their helpline is only effective when you haven't placed any order. The second you make payment, you're no more a priority. They'll send you those good for nothing copy paste replies after days. But the second you comment anything publicly They'll delete your comment. Also enough with using covid as an excuse. It's been more than a year, why don't they incorporate this delay when giving us that estimated delivery time. Its because then the customer wont be lured in.
So I've received the parcel after like 35 days. The product is okayish. It's definitely not worth 200$. It'd be acceptable if the price range was around 100 usd.

I am very disappointed with the purchase. On the images the ring has blue and purple colors and reflections but in reality it is an opaque white stone without any color. Also, I do not recommend buying for Italy. Customs fees are half of the price paid per ring. My ring was discounted. However, on the commercial invoice that accompanied the package, the shop indicated the full price, so the taxes were unjustly calculated.

I'm so upset. I've order from them once before and was so happy with my purchase. I recently reordered the ring that I originally purchased due to it being stolen. With my second order the ring arrived with missing diamonds, and had black spots all over it. The ring looked terrible. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures of the ring. They issued a replacement, well... I got the replacement today and the ring is just as damaged as the last one! I do not believe they are inspecting these items before they sent them to customers. I honestly believe that they're just boxing these items and not giving a hoot about the customers. Then have the nerve to make the ring go from $49 to $99. The ring should be worth $7 at this point. I will attach photos of the original ring and the damage replacement. I will never shop here again... and to think my soon to be brother in law just ordered a ring from here. Goodness!

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
