I believed I was purchasing physical copy of a book and didn't find out until after the purchase was complete that it was an e-book. Nowhere on the page for the specific book or at any point in the checkout process did it say it was an e-book (it asked for a shipping address as well). And no refunds.

I was trying to order a paperback book. If their site mentions ebooks, that's a big "if", I missed it. When I completed the order process and didn't see any shipping information, I knew something was wrong and immediately checked the order confirm email. It showed the download link. I never downloaded the book and asked for refund, but, of course, they refused and referred me to their Terms and Conditions. Such a scam.

Don't describe the product correctly, you buy it thinking it's a book, but you get an ebook. Are not professionals. Do not buy on this site. You will be deceived! UPDATE: After a few emails they returned my money and canceled the purchase.

I thought I was buying an actual book as previous reviews have stated. It does ask for a zip code to calculate shipping, which is misleading if they only offer digital downloads. I have asked for my money back and said they do not offer refunds, but have offered a coupon for another download.

I bought several books as Christmas presents from Moonbokers. Was super excited about the price and they provided free shipping. Ordering was super easy and the prices were fair. HOWEVER, discovered after payment was applied that all of the "books" on this site are DIGITAL. NO WHERE on any of the descriptions of any of the books does it say DIGITAL. I didn't want e-books. And they company does not issue refunds - "it isn't something we do" they said. Don't order from Moonbokers.

The company took out money from my CC and never sent me a confirmation nor the book. The phone has a recording of a person, not a company. The Mailbox is always full. After emailing them, they did respond. When I told them I ordered a book, not a digital, they eventually refunded my money.

I ordered what I thought was a book, it even said free shipping, only to find out it is a download. Unable to get ahold of anyone to cancel. I would give this site no stars if that were an option!

I was under the impression that I was ordering actual books from Moonbookers so obviously I was confused when a month went by and I had not received them. I ordered THREE of Trebek's new book as Christmas gifts, so $30 wasted on 3 email versions barely big enough to see let alone read. The # isn't even valid so no hopes of a refund. I will definitely do my research before ever making an online purchase again. This business is a TOTAL SCAM

I was searching for a newer soft cover book and the book came up on this site where it showed the book with a title. It was not clear that the book was digital. It was over Black Friday weekend and the price was about 40% less than normal for the hardcover. I went ahead and bought. Then received an email to download the book. I immediately sent a note for a refund as I was looking for a physical book. Unfortunately the answer was they do do refunds. For digital content that was not accessed? Seriously. I would NEVER buy from this site again due to such poor customer service.
