Bait and switch. Description indicates a hard copy book but when you pay, you get a link for an ebook. Total Fraud. Won't reimburse purchase.

I ordered a book from them. They never sent email confirmation. They had a contact phone # which didn't function. When I emailed them I was told that I had ordered an eBook. I had not. Thee was nothing on the website that said it was an eBook. I was told to check my spam folder- there was no email download anywhere. I wrote again to resend the link for the download. They resent the same email telling me to check my spam and junk folders. It is a scam. Do not order from them!

Everyone who has been ripped off by this company needs to report them to the Federal Trade Commission. " Report fraud.ftc.gov" or call their hotline *******357. I was also under the impression I would be receiving a book by mail. They are crooks! This is Cybercrime! Better yet report them to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) ic3.gov.

No physical book received. Does not indicate that you are getting a download of the book rather than an actual book. Is this a kindle book or what.

Be aware that they do not disclose the fact that they only sell digital books even though thier site leads you to believe that they are actually selling books. They do not refund transactions. I am disputing the transaction with credit card. NOT A RECOMMENDED VENDOR in my book.

I ordered a book, and after payment found out it was not a physical book, only a download. There was no indication of this on their site. I wasted my money, this was a gift, and she wanted an actual book.

We thought we were ordering a book. Immediately, when it said "download" after we paid, I wrote an email asking for a refund. It is clear that they are NOT going to refund our money. I wrote the email about five minutes after we ordered, saying it was a mistake. Stay away from these people. They are scam artists!

YOu think you are receiving an actual book but you are receiving a download of a book that does not even work I don't know how they stay in business! BUYER BEWAR!

They pretend to send you a book and do not put on the page that it's an audio book. They even ask you for mailing AND delivery address. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I truly regret using their website. I thought I was buying an actual book, not an ebook. When I asked for a refund, I have been informed that ebooks can't be returned and refunded even if I didn't download any content. Scammers, in my opinion.

Moonbokers did not say book I ordered was a download instead of the hard cover I thought I ordered...false impression given!

This site pretends to sell books but only sends you a.pdf file despite not disclosing anywhere in the transaction that you are not getting a real book. They have no customer service phone number. Very sketchy. Don't get scammed!

I bought what I thought was a regular book on their site but it was an EBook. There was basically no information about the book and NO details at all. I did NOT want an EBook! I emailed them about the order and ask them to cancel it if in fact it was not a regular book. They refused to and said that they don't give refunds! They should list their books as either a book or an EBook, why not?

It's a scam site.
They list 'hardbound' books, never specify thst the book that they are selling is an e-book.

The site lists 'free delivery' in the check put after they DEMAND gift delivery address and gift recipients name.

The only tip off that it isn't an actual book, only digital, after the purchase is complete, the link for the 'e-book' is sent.

They then refuse to refund from their offshore location, citing a 'no refund policy' and implying that I should have known that it was an electronic book before because there was a link sent.

I purchased what I thought was a physical book and found out that it's only a download of a book. I didn't feel that was clear in the description and of course also overlooked the "no refunds" too. And now I can't even download it 3 weeks after payment (when I finally bought an iPad to download it to). My experience with Moonbokers has been a complete ripoff. Buyer beware: only downloaded books here.

It isn't clear when you order a book that it will not be a physical book. I ordered a book to give as a gift for xmas and got an email with a link to a pdf. Because of the low price, i was suspicious. So i double and triple checked that it wasn't an ebook. I wish i'd taken screenshots. I also wish i'd googled the company. DO NOT ORDER A BOOK FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT A PHYSICAL COPY. There is no way to be sure you will not get an ebook.

I mistakenly thought I was buying a hardback book (as opposed to a download), there was nothing on the site to indicate otherwise and the photo was of a hardback book. I ordered 3 copies as gifts. When I discovered my mistake a mere 15 minutes later, I emailed (phone number provided did not connect to a human) and waited a couple of hours for a response, which turned out to be a canned generic computer-generated email telling me how to download the purchase. After I emailed again, I was told by return email brusquely No Refunds." Why on earth would I knowingly order 3 downloads?
BUYER BEWARE here—this company doesn't care about fairness or humans—only you money. I highly recommend steering clear and shopping elsewhere!

This book site makes it look like you are ordering a book but then the quick switch to online happens and then next thing you know they send you an online book you never wanted.

I wanted to order a REAL ACTUAL BOOK! They never indicated that this was a DOWNLOAD.
