Biggest scam ever! Don't order. They never say that you are getting a digital book. Won't refund. Beware!

I wish I would have looked into this site more before placing an order. I did a Google search for the book I wanted to see where I could purchase it from. The sponsored Google link I clicked on stated "Hard Cover" for $8.50 with "free shipping until 8/10". Clicked the link, read the site's description which doesn't say anything about being hard cover, paperback, or e-book, so I went back to original link to confirm it said Hard Cover in the description, which it did...BUT IT ISN'T. It's not a physical copy at all, It's an e-book. They don't even tell you it's an e-book at ANY time in the ordering process. It's complete garbage and should be addressed.

My 1st ever purchase from Moonbokers was "The Body Keeps The Score." I received a link to download it but it was bad/expired. After asking for a new link several times, I asked for a refund. They said no refunds for ebooks. I asked for yet another link that actually worked and every link that was sent was "expired."
I never got my book nor the money back that I spent on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm trying to resolve an issue and I keep getting the same response. I don't think I'm talking to a real person Extremely frustrating customer services. First time using the company abd will be my last!

It would have been good to be informed that this was an ebook. What is the deal with advertising free shipping for an e-book? Fake marketing. I can use it on the ipad though, but it is not what I wanted.

I ordered a cookbook over 2 months ago and still have not received it. I called only to get a mailbox. I want my cookbook or a full refund. This is sad. Bad business.

This is a scam, don't buy from them. It cost me more than $6.53 for a digital version that can't even read, alk the letters messed up. Contacted their customer service with the same answer it is a downloaded digital with non refundable, very poor quality and customer service.

This site is not legitimate and is a scam! It States you are getting a book and nowhere does it state t is in ebook but the books you are sent are ebooks. I have attached proof of their description of the book which does not state It is in the book. If you reach out to their customer service they are quick to respond but they ask you for the order number and then they tell you sorry it was already sent to you as an ebook we can't refund it. Luckily I was able to go through my bank and dispute but stay far away!

Deception to items with complete false information. No one picks up the phone and once they get your credit card number they run up charges.

This company is very misleading. I thought I was purchasing a physical copy of a book. It even said the shipping would be free. No where in the description did it say I was buying an online/ e book. I was then sent a link to the e book and I asked if I could receive a refund because I want a physical book. I was informed I could not receive a refund. Such a scam!

I've got something very positive to say! I bought a book and of course should have been more careful and suspicious about the very cheap price. Only afterwards did I learn it was a pdf copy and not the real book. But now I own a pdf copy! I can read the book easily on my laptop or phone. And best, I can send the pdf copy by email to a few family members with whom I want to share the book. I'm very pleased! I will look for more books from Moonbokers.
Important: in your confirmation email, look carefully to see where to click to download the pdf.
It should be more clearly explained.

I had paid and ordered a book that later I found out was an e book. I did not want an e book so I emailed back that I wanted the real paperback book. There answer was no refunds. Not happy

These guys never tell you it's a pdf file they are selling. No print editions, no audio book.

I'd be surprised if they don't live in Russia. Total ripoff.

I clicked on an ad link for a book that lead me directly to the website of Moonbokers and purchased a book. No where in the description did it say digital or ebook anywhere. Immediately after purchase I received an email and had to email back to find out that it was a digital copy so I immediately sent an email asking for a full refund since the book is suppose to be a Christmas present for my 11 year old son and I have no use for a digital copy of the book. Their position: No refund all sales are final.

No where us it explicit that all "books" are DIGITAL, but they are. After ordering a book they send you a download link for a.pdf of the book. After tricking you, they will not refund your money. Total SCAMmers! DO NOT USE!

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I thought I was buying a hard copy book and the second I received the link I emailed to explain I had made a mistake. They refused to refund. This is a scam company. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase from them!

Ordered a book for my daughter which was never delivered. Emailed Moonbokers and never received a response. Don't order from them!

It is not clear on their site. I wish I had read the site reviews before ordering. They mention both hardcover and digital in their refund policy, but only offer digital books. Scammy, in my opinion.
