Do not use monster transmission I wasted over 3500 and they sent me the wrong transmission with used parts I have never felt so scammed in my life the transmission lasted 10 miles and they refuse to refund me they lie even tho I record the conversation and prove them wrong. I will be taking legal action.

My husband has been trying to get a transmission for over 6 months now. The first transmission was leaking….didn't have thread on a bolt hole….sent back only for them to screw the order again and send him the wrong one! This is ridiculous…we just want the transmission that we paid for….this is a sorry company to treat a veteran who fought for your freedom! *******278 this is my number….do yourself a favor and call me regarding this matter.

This company will take your money for a transmission they say they have ready to ship they even called it a ready to ship transmission package and I have been trying to figure out for over a month if I am ever going to get it
When I call to find out I am told it is on back order now so buyers be very careful when dealing with this poor example of a transmission company do not not trust the sales man named Sam he is just there puppet that sells there inferior products

Ordered stuff from them and THEY sent the wrong parts! I have a 1992 700r4. Would not refund my money. I don't see them being in business for much longer! They will probably just change their name and continue with the poor product and service. Going to take them to court and ask for punitive damages.

Wish I had read these reviews before I did business with monster. I now have a lawyer his name is Timothy Mark Grogan, he has 8 cases against monster transmission right now.

I ordered a 700r4 rebuild kit and Odin torque converter for a total of $876.98. I decided that $170.00 torque converter probably wasn't a good idea and called to cancel my complete order within 12hrs. Of ordering. I was told that there was no order in their possession. I also did not receive an email confirmation, but my amex was billed $876.98. I called 3 times that same morning as I did not want to incur any re- stocking fees or give these people my money. I was told by 2 different representatives that they would look into it and get back with me, Didn't happen. So as a last resort I contacted amex and filed a dispute. I received $689.24 refund which is $187.74 less than they took from me for an order they supposedly did not have nor email a confirmation to. I now believe them denying having an order for me is a way to put you off so they can collect a cancelation or restocking fee. Bottom line stay away from these people. They operate under a corporate veil as Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. Zero stars

You would think a built for 750 hp trans would last more than 500 miles. 90 day warranty means junk. 8 months old and no help from monster.

Unbelievable I believed this malarky made it 600 miles and it died tried calling several times finally got a response to fill out email warranty claim never heard anything after that again several calls these guys are supposed to be the best not even close charge big money which I don't mind paying but this was sub work I'm an average guy with good mechanical skills the tranny was in a 87 chevy half ton not that hard to work on never again with this company and all my buddies will hear the same! Monster Transmissions are GARBAGE! They rebuilt my Ford 4R70W transmission incorrectly three times! And they blamed me for the three failures that were their fault.
I had a local shop repair it correctly!, Fortunately I ended up getting my money back for the rebuilding cost but not shipping. Stay away from this company.

Absolute horrible customer service! Took six months to get the transmission. The thing blew up after 3200 miles. Absolute garbage transmissions! Do not go to this company for anything!

Scam alert. Purchased a transmission for $3700, canceled the order within 24 hours and they didn't want to refund me at all. After calling everyday they eventually refunded $2700 and kept $1000 of my money saying it was a restocking fee. So it cost me $1000 just to call them and cancel a day later. Horrible, horrible business.

They sold me a junk transmission and will not talk to you about a problem.they will email every week or so.stay away from these crooks

Purchased 46RE transmission with additional warranty that was recommended by the salesman. Transmission lasted one week. Took almost 2 weeks to get replacement. Filed a labor warranty claim and received $175 out of the $965 it cost to change their defective transmission. Will never deal with them again.

Paid good money for a custom built converter, what they sent me was an off the shelf unit that was not built to my specs. They sent the wrong converter but claim it's the right one. They say I can get the stall reset if I pay to ship it back, but they won't give me the shipping info to send it back. They don't answer the phone and refuse to return my calls. Stay far away from this company.

I Urge you to go somewhere else... They pay people to do good reviews. They asked me to do a 5 star review for money off my transmission
I purchased a $3900 transmission with a 3 yr warranty. I received the transmission and on the very first test drive, 3rd gear was not working. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay an additional $800 for them to fix it. For 3 months I fought with them to fix it for free, but they told me that it was my fault and the warranty would not cover the shipping or bench time. I cut my losses and purchased another transmission from a local dealer

I requested a quote from Monster Transmission for a 2015 Mustang GT. When I received the quote via chat, I compared it to other quotes. Monster Transmission wanted to charge me an extra $1000 for the core, but when I returned it they would reimburse. They also wanted to charge me $399 shipping.

I called and spoke to them and explained that other companies do not charge extra for the core and requested that they do not charge this. Keep in mind the transmission was $4,147.47 plus the $1,000 totaling 5,147.47 so not cheap by a long shot.

I then told the sales person that I had just received an e-mail offering free shipping. When I told him that, he said that was probably an old e-mail. I said nope it's not old I received it 23 minutes ago. He asked me to forward it which I did. I then requested that he talk to his manager to see if they would not charge me the $1,000 and to offer free shipping as per their offer and to send me a revised quote.

Since then, my phone calls are not being returned, my e-mails are not being returned and my online inquiry through their website has also been ignored. Obviously this company is not interested in my business and I can assure you, if this is the way they treat customers BEFORE they make a purchase, I would hate to see what would happen if something were to go wrong with the transmission after purchase. I for one will NOT take that risk and would recommend that anyone thinking about purchasing from them choose another company.

I recently purchased a Quickship transmission, I received it faster than the Estimated time frame. It is working great loved my new transmission!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any business. Never buy from Monster Transmissions. Don't fall for the scam I did!

Monster Transmission is complete garbage, the company is a total scam, you will receive a junkyard transmission! Don't buy into the fake claims on their website and don't fall for the fake one line reviews on scam review sites like TrustSpot (also a scam to create fake reviews for your own company). Check out the BBB site to read how they have scammed thousands of Americans with their garbage, every person at the company is a liar and part of the scam. Unfortunately they are based out of Florida which is the scam capital of America, the AG of Florida will not help you and actually make it easy to commit fraud with no threat of penalty. Don't believe the FAKE 'reality tv' shows, they get their parts for free in exchange for advertising.
