I needed help to get caught up with a bill and moneykey was there to save the day. I applied online and shortly afterwards i was approved, therefore the funds I needed were on time to help me.
It was Saturday morning when I applied. He was very patient waiting on computers because my internet was acting up and every helpful.
I've used this company for a year now when I definitely in a financial pinch. They are easy to work with and very courteous. They follow up with you if you want to add more towards your payment without you having to call them. I just spoke with a rep Renee and she was very knowledgeable and patience with me.
Great customer service, easy application, affordable monthly payments. I thought interest was too high but when I applied, my credit score was poor so I'm grateful for being approved! Thanks!

I applied for and was approved for $650. Then shortly after, I recieved an e-mail telling me to call them to finalize it. On that call, I spoke with a woman. Then got second e-mail saying I needed to call back a 2nd time. Spoke to a man. Everything was approved but I asked him for a longer payback plan for lower monthly payments and he said they could do that once the money was in the bank. Well, I called back today I was told that isn't true. Might as well of just called me a liar. Thankfully, I have a Lawyer in my family and am going to take immediate action. AVOID this company at all costs. Nothing. But scammers who are ready and willing to lie to and take advantage of people who are in a tight financial situation.
I have worked with you all on and off for several years and I've always been pleased. I especially like the pay back options as they are the best in the business. Today my rating went beyond 5 star because of Stephenie Alvarado! She was delightful, personable and very professional! Thank you!

My customer service rep was so helpful. I am disabled and have a hard time with computers and he walked thru the whole process with me and I was having phone issues and some other problems but he made sure I had everything I needed to secure my Loan. He is an asset to your company. Moneykey is easy to work with and seems to be a good company.
