During my Initial call, while the phone connection (s) weren't the greatest, the Agent Patrick was extremely patient and kind, I called back as requested, that call left me very frustrated. However, in chatting with Cassandra, she helped me with details and in general also she was thorough with her responses. Tremendous help. I did receive a follow-up phone call from Vanessa, who was equally thorough & wonderful. Thank you Money Key for those named, they gave excellent customer service and definitely deserve abonus
Helpful and explained very well. Hope negative reviews are only infrequent. I didn't have a bad experience so far. Hope they take payments as stated they would. I'm prepared to pay off soon. Short term loan will help with credit improvements. Hope everything goes as planned.
I got into a short term financial jam and was helped by Patrick. He took the time to thoroughly explain my short term loan details to me and made this a no-hassle experience.
I felt like they tricked me and scammed me. They said I would have a total of 5 payments. Then I called a month later to pay it off and they said i have 11 payment. I borrow 400 and i thought my total payoff would be 550 or so. A 150 fee. But it was $810 fee i have to pay back 1200$ WOW WTF thats a 300% interest charge. They guy said only 5 payments then they said "no sir. It's in your contract" bull man. They are reviewing my case. But I'll just pay it off, but never ever ever borrowing for them again. Don't do it

I've taken out several loans with y'all but on this particular loan I've called 3 times, first time I spoke to Jennifer with general questions about why my loan payment increased and she was beyond helpful in making sure I completely understood why. I thought wow anytime I call ya'll from now on I only want to deal with her because like most places there are usually only one or two awesome customer care reps. Well not true, the 2nd time I called was hurricane Harvey hit Houston, I was stranded out of town and they worked with me on my payment to help me out with the financial difficulties I was going through, unfortunately I don't remember the person's name I talked to but again was beyond helpful, 3rd time, was after Harvey left town, Houston was locked down over a week and I missed out on work and when I called I spoke to Samantha and she told me unfortunately they can't NORMALLY help out with 2 payments in a row. I told her I'd missed out on work because of the hurricane so she went to her supervisor and again they helped me out with a reduced payment due to extenuating circumstances. Without Samantha's and her supervisors help I would have a very difficult 2 weeks ahead of me. So I would not call them customer service reps but customer CARE reps because you have to care to help and that goes for everyone I've dealt with there. So thank you Moneykey and thank you Samantha!
I really do appreciate Tashi's quick personal attention to my need this am. I wanted to take the time to express this in writing as do many times all we hear are the negative things. I will do business again if ever needed first with Money Key!

Do not provide a monthly statement on "How Your Received Payments are applied" Does not provide a breakdown on the amounts applied to Principal and Interest. How could your monthly payment get larger every month? When your payment was paid before the due date? This is a loan account and you are supposed to give the customer a breakdown of the payments paid showing How the payments were applied.
