The process is easy and quick. The rep, Tashi, guided me through the process of verifying that the final payment to Money Key cleared. It was a long process with my bank. She was very patient and stayed on the like with me until it was completed.

After two customer service reps confirmed that I only had 2 payments left, I was then charged after making my "final" payment. I called to request a refund and I was told that I have payments clear throughout the remainder of the year. $1500 dollar payback on a $500 loan! Smh. SCAMMERS. Use their services at your own risk.
