Mireya was very friendly and attentive to my needs when I called very early in the morning. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions while still having a professional and pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone because of the great experience with Mireya that I had.
I called and asked for a lead or supervisor to let them know that my customer service agent was extremely helpful, proffesional and made this process very simple and clear and I wanted to write a review on him. He sent me a link and his name and it hot delegated from my mailbox. I got into my account / chat and o was sent this ( not what I asked for) but will have to do.
His name was Suno I think, he was in Canada and this gentleman was respectful, pleasant, kind and just a very helpful agent who knew his job and works well with people. Please make sure this gets to his supervisors.
