I requested a loan and was approved, I was told they would have my request deposited the following day. However it was never done they sent me my loan docs to sign at least 9 times. Assured me my loan would be in my account the following Monday. Monday came no funds deposited but got a message they denied the loan. They will be hearing from the BBB

It was nice not to be stuck on the phone for too long. My whole experience was around 15 minutes and the woman that helped me was absolutely great$
