This is my 2nd time borrowing money from MoneyKey. The process was very easy and quick. The representative that helped me was very easy to talk to. She was also very professional and very informative.
This company was really great until I had a breach in my account due to the Credit Unions fault as well as the Experian breach. During that time it took 3 weeks to get accounts switched over and I was put on bed rest until my back surgery had been done thus losing my job. And I forgot about them, to be honest. So no contact by either of us in Dec., in Jan., or in Feb. And not even an attempt to pull out the money from the closed account. New account info was never given and it was never signed and approved for them to pull out the money in the first place. Then I get my check in March and all of a sudden I have an alert from my bank telling me that I am now in the hole and that my car insurance bill went NSF. I looked into it find out why had to pay 25.00 to get out of the hole 25.00 to put account at base minimum pay 25.00 for NSF through car insurance and the 113 for the car insurance. Not a good company, crooked, unethical tactics used by them and or their collections department that could have a foot in the door in being a fraudulent department.
