I feel that money should be drafted the date that the customer request. Becasue the first of the month rent and auto payment come out I feel that the date that the customer ask for should be granted

Giselle and other staff were very patient and very helpful with me thru the process. Willing to try more than once when could not get thru to bank. They made the loan an easy journey to make by explaining how things worked. I really appreciated when I was on hold and Giselle would come back to let me know what was going on.
